Contratamos los servicios de este hotel a través de un mayorista nacional. Los fines de semana solemos utilizar bonos de hotel para visitar las ciudades más importantes de nuestra geografía. Nos encantó el Hotel Zenit. La habitación no era demasiado grande, pero estaba decorada con muy buen gusto. El hotel es muy moderno y está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila, a pocos metros del Segre i a un paso de la rambla Ferrán de Lleida. Eso sí, la panorámica que podíamos contemplar desde la habitación del hotel no era demasiado agradable pues la ventana daba a los patios traseros de casas particulares. El personal es muy agradable y en recepción te resuelven amablemente cualquier tipo de duda. Lleida no es una ciudad que destaque por su monumentalidad, pero es ideal para pasear y disfrutar de una estancia tranquila.

No es que el Zenit lleida sea un mal hotel pero no se merece las 4 estrellas al menos siguiendo el standard español (que es mejor que el de otros paises). Las habitaciones son limpias y la decoracion mas o menos moderna pero ahi termina todo. Es un sitio frio donde han sido pensados los buenos detalles pero en el que es dificil que te atiendan y se han obviado los detalles obvios. Lo mas basico, el jabon de manos, brilla por su ausencia. Esto es algo que no me habia pasado en ningun hotel de varios continentes y eso que he ido a hoteles muy baratos. Al intentar pedirlo por telefono, me fue imposible contactar con recepcion (aunque hice varios intentos de llamarles por telefono pero nadie respondia al telefono). La solucion fue dejarle una nota a la chica de la limpieza para el dia siguiente. Otro problema fue a la hora del check out. Increible que habiendo hecho la reserva por internet y en los tiempos que corren, no tengan automatizado el sistema de facturas. Como he dicho antes, el sitio no es malo, pero no me parece que se merezca 4 estrellas. Un 4 estrellas se distingue del 3 simplemente por los detalles y este no tenia ningun detalle.

We booked this hotel last minute as we were travelling across Spain without any specific itinerary. We got a great deal via the hotel website. The room was spotless and the hotel is well situated for exploring Llieda. Would definitely recommend

Needed a one nighter to explore Lleida (Lerida in Catalan) and found it well located close to - walking - AVE high speed train station, the main sights and the Fira Exhibition Ground. Mobile phone did not work in inner room and the trendy bathroom had no plugs. Buffet breakfast fine and parking (10€) necessary. EO.

A little underwhelming as it may be on arrival, with its narrow, side-street location, the staff at the Zenit will soon make you feel welcome. The manager was around when I got there, and kindly offered me a free upgrade, "but you'll have to pay next time!" he winked! I got a very large, clean room with around 100 different lighting options and a good quality bathroom. I made use of the available Wifi (chargable) and had a good rest before heading off out to dinner at a fantastic Catalan restaurant called Hecha. Worth asking about if you're looking for some typical local cuisine. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk to the main attractions Lleida city centre has to offer, so although it is not plumb in the main action, it's in a useful location. The breakfast was excellent - a good choice with bacon and eggs if you want them. It's hard to find much to criticise. I do like a gym, but the facilities don't stretch to that here. Overall, a good stay, and I would recommend it.
