When we checked in at 11:00 P.M. we found Human Feces in the trash can in the bathroom. We decided to look around and see how discusting the rest of the room was and we also found razor blades on the floor, dirty sheets and just a plain dirty room. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. As of one week later I still have not received my money back from the manager.

The sheets were YELLOW and there was hair on all the pillows. They don't use mattress pads and you can see through the paper thin dirty sheets to the mattress, and not just where the holes were. When I tried to check out and get my money back, the manager went ballistic. I was polite and calm and he started screaming at me. He told me I didn't give him 24 hours notice to cancel and when I explained that I didn't know 24 hours ago that the room was filthy, he told me he was going to charge me for all three nights - my original booking. I called Hotels.com to get some help and he was rude to them too and told their customer servcie rep that she was "stupid". HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, STAY AWAY!

Simply don't stay here! Rooms are dirty, bed sheets had holes. Hotel manager is earger to confront guests (not only me). Offered breakfast and breakfast place is very inconvenient. Room is not quiet.

Voici un hôtel non recommandable. Accueil très mauvais, chambres sales (drap troués, climatisateur plein de saletés...) et le continental breakfast est une honte !! on vous propose des cereales, du lait et du café dans l'office d'accueil sans tables, ni chaises. il s'agit d'un petit coin PDJ que nous n'avons même pas pris par manque d'hygiène, alors pour quelques dollars de plus n'hésitez pas à aller ailleurs.

We booked our room through priceline, which we will never use again. We had a terrible stay at another Best Value Inn and didn't want to stay at another location. When I looked up hotels in Page, this hotel was not listed, but when I bid, this hotel was selected. We got there and there were spiders in the room and the toilet did not work. The AC is incredibly loud and not really functional. I got three bug bites while staying there. The breakfast is cereal on a tiny table in the tiny office. I do not recommend this hotel or priceline.
