We stayed the first week of september at this apart hotel. It was better than we expected. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The hotel is situated on walking distance of the center. The room was situated at the backside and was big and clean. We had 2 tv sets one in the bedroom and the other in the living. There is a busstop very near the hotel. We did not use the swimmingpool at the hotel because it cannot compete with the superb beach "las Terresitas". Wich is about 15 minutes away from the hotel by public transport. The breakfast was reasonable only thing that was missing is yoghurt without sugar. In the area there are plenty of nice restaurants and tapas bars. Very cheap compared to the south of Tenerife. The only small disadvantage of this hotel might be that it is situated next to a school. During the school season the children might be a bit noisy during the day. As we were always outside the hotel during the day it was no problem for us. I would defintely go back there!!
