My wife and I, spend 4 days in Lisbon and stayed in Hotel Lutecia. The Hotel is excellent all renovated, with didnt eat in the Hotel until the last night ( we normally think hotel restaurants are not good). But, we had a great suprise, In Fusion Restaurant in the Hotel, has Internacional and Indian food. We choose the Indian food, and i can say it was absolutely WONDERFUL. Very good value for money also. My final comment its for the Hotel staff who is really welcoming and made us have an excellent time.

Boring business hotel. A bit far from the city but close to airport. Unattentive staff in reception. Small, clean rooms. Breakfast o.k. but could be better. Stayed here for two nights at 60 Euro a night. Do not choose this hotel becaue of the four stars - you can find just as good three star hotels with better breakfast and just as good rooms cheaper. if you can do without the mini bar!

Found this hotel by chance on the net, so with my husband took up the offer of 3 nights for 2. Really happy with everything this hotel had to offer. Room was lovely and warm and to be able to come back and have a bath after walking around Lisbon`s wonderful sights, was heaven!! Price included breakfast which was excellent every morning. Hot and cold buffet, something for everyone. Staff always helpful throughout the hotel. Very close to the Metro and rail link. Buy an allday ticket for 3.50euros and explore Lisbon by public transport. Not as daunting as it first seems. Its not in the centre but have a walk around the area and discover some of the local shops and restaurants. We had a great time and would come back to this hotel.

I have traveled for 35 years in Europe and never had this experience before. I left a piece of luggage in the hotel's secure luggage facility assured that it would be safe while I took a tour for a couple of weeks. When I returned to the hotel, I discovered that everything of value had been stolen from the bag including my laptop, travel clock, mp3 player, new gloves - everything but my basic clothes. I immediately reported the theft to the hotel manager. He agreed that the luggage was always in the care of the hotel, that one of the hotel staff must have been responsible and he asked me to give him a day to look into the theft. I did, and we met the next day. He told me that this was a difficult situation and he was sorry he could not do anything more to assist me. I told the manager that if his staff is stealing from me they are certainly stealing form him as well. I reported the theft to the police who asked for the security camera tapes. But nothing has been done, and I do not expect to ever see any of my valuables again. I do not suggest that any other travelers stay at this hotel.
