From the outside this hotel looks fantastic. While it is a 4 star hotel it has some major work to do in order to get it to that standard. Firstly, the directions they give you on the internet are disgraceful - they lead you to the village of Sana Fay which is about 20km away. Secondly it is a 20 min walk to the centre of town. Thirdly, the staff are unfriendly and basically unhelpful. Forthly, on two occasions, the breakfast plates were dirty! The breakfast cost 12 Euros and was nothing special. The rooms were however very comfortable and clean but on the whole it failed to give us a good picture of Granada. Definately not worth the price and no where near the stanard of a 4 star hotel!

A 10-15 minute walk to the squares with all the bars/restaurants so quite well placed for the sightseeing tourist.
Restaurant very expensive and much better value food available in the town.
Rooms reasonable but pool a bit of a disappointment tucked away in a corner.

We spent one night at the Gran Luna, and everything worked. Our room was spacious, the staff was friendly, and downtown Granada was just a 15 min. walk away.
It was easy to access the hotel from the autov?a, and you could shop at El Corte Ingl?s right outside the hotel.
