Smallish room but excellent facilities, location and very helpful and friendly staff. If you are after a traditional 3 star Paris hotel you are unlikely to get any better than this place.

Our room was so small, we had to stack our suitcases on top of each other to get them off the floor. The worst part, however, was the noise...snoring, showers, entire conversations, sex, plumbing gurgles, tiolet flushes YUK! The WiFi was great, however, and the location (1 block from a Metro stop) was fine. The neighborhood (aside from the residents of this hotel) was quiet--in fact it was dead after about 10:00. There are decent restaurants in the immediate area.

This hotel is in a very convenient location, and we enjoyed being away from the more touristy areas. It is close to the Metro, has convenient cafes nearby for breakfast, and is a quick walk to the Eiffel Tower area. The rooms are small but adequate. They are advertised as soundproof, which is true from the outside, but not from the inside (next door room noise is easily heard). There was no shower curtain which made it tricky to keep things dry in the bathroom. Staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. All in all a good Paris hotel with reasonable rates.

There is better for the same price. Stayed here twice and the last time we were going to the airport with lots of luggage at around 5 am, asked for a taxi and the waiter gave us no type of help. Said we had to book for a taxi and didn't bother to look at us again. I nearly fainted. So we had to take the subway with all that luggage at that time, I even thought the subway'd be closed and we'd have to walk all the way to the buses at Champ de Mars. They'd always been polite to us so it looked to me like a stab in the back. When you're leaving you're no longer a guest, so why bother?
