OK,i want to getstraight to the point with this place,we booked through travel agent and one of the 1st things we specified was that we wouldnt turn up to a building site!!!!which is exactly what happened,under construction(oh my god)if that wasnt enough we couldnt even get into our room ,when asked for help,oh my god,how rude these people were,and to think they are providing a service here,to be fair the rooms were clean but i just had to take pictures of the view it was horrifying,it had a balcony but it was like looking out on to a exercise yard it was awful,these guys make the pictures of this hotel look good,but dont be fooled,the hotel is basis and thats all we wanted,just wanted somewhere to rest our heads!!!but i would never return there and i certainly wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone im afraid,people speak from experiences,what one person may think another may disagree,but i for one wouldnt return,barcelona is beautiful the hotel wasnt,its as simple as that!!!!

Este hotel es maravilloso con una ubicación fantástica, a menos que el ruido te incomode por la noche. Como a nosotros no nos incomoda todo salió perfecto. La habitación era relativamente grande, limpia, y tenia una vista magnifica desde el balcón. Además, el hotel está situado justo enfrente del centro de información turística. Definitivamente me hospedaré aquí nuevamente.

This hotel was wondeful with a fabulous location--unless you have problems with noise at night. Since we have no problems with noise it worked out perfectly. The room was fairly large, clean, and had a great view from the balcony. It is also located right across the street from the Tourist Information center. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for 2 days last winter, and while the Burgos weather was cold, the staff was warm and welcoming. Our room was large, the heating worked well, and the location was wonderful. When I return to Burgos, I'm going to stay here again
