Io e mia moglie siamo stati diverse volte ospiti dell'hotel Eur nell'arco degli ultimi 2 anni con risultato decisamente positivo. Ottime per qualità e prezzo le camere appena rifatte al 5° piano dispongono di servizi adeguati alla categoria. Purtroppo il problema riscontrato è da legarsi all'atteggiamento poco cordiale della proprietà o direzione. Durante l'ultimo ns soggiorno ci è stata offerta una camera decisamente inproponibile dove nel bagno, se si voleva fare la doccia, bisognava sedersi sul water!!!! in piedi non ci si riusciva a stare, decisamente indecente. La cosa che più ci ha infastidito è stata la superficialità di come hanno gestito l'accaduto, limitandosi a dire che qualla era una camera come le altre!!. Mi sono sentito preso in giro in quanto già a conoscenza del loro prodotto e me ne sono andato. La mancanza di lealtà (bastava avvisarci al check in) ha permesso all'Eur di perdere un cliente e di rimediare una più che sentita pubblicità negativa. Saluti a tutti Massi & Raffy

Terrible hotel. The bedroom ensuite was so small that you were sat on the toilet and in the shower at the same time. All the staff were incredibly rude. Most unenjoyble stay.

This is a perfect example of what a great website can do for a horrible hotel. We asked for a junior suite. What we got was two seperate rooms with a bathroom. Both of these rooms had tiny little balconies that overlooked a parking lot.In addition, the phone was not hooked up and the door was almost impossible to close or open. When we complained that this was not a junior suite, their response was, "we've never had a problem before..." The staff was cold and uncaring. Ultimately, we decided to check out ot the hotel. They refused to give us back our passports until we signed the visa receipt. Take my advice and go a few short miles up the main drag to Viareggio. Great place and hotels that don't feel like a prison cell.
