Very nice rooms, good view, nice pool, central location

After a 7D trip to other parts of Jordan, we settled at this hotel on our return from Aqaba before flying out of Jordan the next day. It's not modern, but overall is more than satisfactory. Rooms are spacious (we have a Twin and a Single) and quiet (facing a backstreet with a school). Beds are giantic but the mattress is a bit soft for me. Bathroom is big too and has everything incl cotton puffs. Great water pressure, esp compared to those we have had in Petra and Dead Sea. Have had dinner at the hotel restaurant. Buffet didn't look attractive so we had a la carte. Vegetable soup, grilled lamb, cheese penne. Not bad at all. Reasonable quality, quantity and good priced. Breakfast was great too. My only reservation is there is no non-smoking area in the restaurant. Unless you are determined to wander out, there seems to be no place for eating around the area. Will stay there again.

Hi The hotel is ok. Its not fabulous or anything. Its a bit tired and not particularly modern. The location when you pull up is a bit off putting - no grand frontage but the staff were pleasant and reasonably efficient. The room was clean and functional although the safe didnt work. It is an ok space if you are not looking for a swish hotel - if you are not planning to spend too much time in the hotel -- its fine.
