We stayed her for 2 nights on a business trip. I would say it was more like a 4 star not 5 as advertised. We were impressed by the service and the staff were very helpful, the hotel is quite stylish and clean. The room was clean and tidy. But the carpet was a bit grubby (Nothing major though). The hotel was in a good location for site seeing in Rabat.
The restaurant was mediocre and over price, but the service was good.. All in all we had a present stay and would stay there again and recommend it to friends.

Definitely this is not a 5 stars hotel as stated, but I would rated as a 3 stars. I had a stressfull check-in after arguing with the receptionist over the price that I booked with; finally he was convinced and treated with a nice and huge double room with a nice view overlooking the river. What I saw at the reception made me understand the previous reviews, yes some of the reception staff were very rude but there is one nice guy that I memorized the name and called him anytime I need something. Housekeeping was extremely efficient and answered all my needs. Overall if I have to stay in Rabat again I would definitely go back to Majliss Hotel where I stayed last year and enjoyed it very much.

Unpleasant unhelpful staff at reception,poor meal quality for breakfast and dinner. In most countries this would rank as a 3 or at best a 4 star hotel.
