Stayed for eight nights in connection with setting up our daughter for college. This motel has a rather good location although not exactly in the center. It's fairly well kept and quiet (depending on how close you are to the street, which is the main street in Sta B). The room was OK but not so big. It had a small area for making coffee combined with hangers for clothes and the fridge. After that the bathroom which had a very small shower. We had a tough time finding water that was not scalding hot. We did not notice any free breakfast which was probably just as well. The reception was very good with friendly helpful staff. Internet is available there and through wireless from your room. The pool is small but beautiful and really a lovely spot. Next door to the motel is an excellent thai restaurant, Your Choice. USD 7.75 for lunch. The motel price varies a lot depending on day in the week, Saturday is very expensive and weekdays cheap.

We paid $229/night for a standard 2 double beds, which was outrageous to begin with (but nothing else was available). While this hotel (really a motel) is fairly well-maintained, the rooms were small (and old), and the hotel is located on a busy loud street.
What really made me want to write the horrible review was their 'free breakfast', which consisted of a few baskets of fruit juice, bananas/oranges, and wrapped danishes. That's it...no yogourt, cereal, milk or coffee (they claim that coffee is available in the rooms - which ended up tasting horrible).
Essentially, if I had paid $130/night and had not been promised a free breakfast I would have been satisfied . But at $229/night with promise of a free breakfast, well that was definitely not worth it.

This place was a disaster. The room was so small that you could barely turn around, but worse, the shower was so small that you had to turn the water off to soap up. The bathroom was also filthy - a spot of what appeared to be blood was on the floor when we checked in. Also, the "continental breakfast" is a joke - Ding Dongs and Twinkies and no coffee. For just a little bit more you can stay down the street at the Best Western Peppertree Inn, which though not a luxury hotel, is five times better than this place.

A very nice place to stay at. Very friendly staff. The rooms could have been slightly bigger... they were clean, though.
Breakfast was pretty good. Nothing really was missing: bagels, cereals, coffee, juices, fruits, etc...
Parking was free.

We made the mistake of staying at this hotel on Labor Day weekend. There was a party right below our room. We called the management desk twice. Once at 2 am and agian at 4am. They did not answer the phone either time. We spoke to the owner the next morning over the phone. I asked that he refund the charge or that night - he declined. I told him I would be posting this experience at as many places as I could to warn people about his lack of cooperation and and his managements lack of responsiveness to the needs of thier guests. After a night of no sleep we had to drive eight hours. It was horrendous.
