Stayed one night and fled the scene! Room was really dirty. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and exposed mattress was stained and really gross. We have a 6 month old and I was afraid for him to touch anything. Shower had hairs and dirt in it from previous guest. Food crumbs in bathroom. Trash (pizza boxes, etc) outside our door. The breakfast was actually okay, but the property is old, outdated, and gross.

Ich war geschäftlich in Huntsville. Als ich gegen 17 Uhr einchecken wollte, war mein Zimmer noch nicht fertig! (die eigentliche Check-in-Zeit war längst vorbei). Ich war schon sechs Stunden unterwegs und sehr müde und fragte daher nach einem anderen Zimmer. Die Dame an der Rezeption erwiderte mir, dass kein anderes Zimmer verfügbar sei und es interessierte sie auch nicht, dass ich schlappe 45 Minuten warten musste, ehe mein Zimmer fertig war. Das Zimmer war ganz schön, die Dusche nicht ganz so toll. Überhaupt nicht toll war die Tatsache, dass eine potentielle Kundin versucht hat mich im Hotel anzurufen und das Personal ihr gesagt hat, dass ich nicht da sei. Sie hat es mehrmals versucht, da sie wusste, dass ich da sei und sie sogar die Zimmernummer wusste. Das Personal wurde im Verlauf dieser Versuche immer unfreundlicher ihr gegenüber. Es ist ja wohl nicht zuviel verlangt, einen Anruf auf das Zimmer stellen zu lassen, oder?! Das Frühstück war dort allerdings sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, aber sie müssen dort noch den respektvollen Umgang mit den Gästen lernen. Ich würde wieder dort absteigen, wenn sie beim Personal einige Veränderungen vornehmen würden...

I was in Huntsville on business. I checked in and my room was not ready at 5 PM! (Way past check in time.) I was very tired from traveling six hours and wanted to rest so I asked for a different room and the women said they didn't have any she did not seemed bothered by the fact that I was waiting at the counter for 45 minutes until she stuck me in a room, the room was nice. The shower wasnt so great. To make matters worse I had potential client try to reach me but the staff kept telling her that I was not there, and got very rude with her when she kept trying to reach me because she knew I was there, she had my room number as well. It isnt very hard to connect a phone call ! BUT the breakfast is very good.The room was clean and comfy but they need to be more respectful of the guests. ...I would stay at the hotel again if they would consider staff adjusments.

Rooms not very clean. need to be updated. management staff not very helpful or concerned. staff was rude
