This Place is made for adventure. I came to Arosa for hiking and biking and wasn't disapointed. The Boss new all the best downhill and X-country trails which we just could't get enough of. They provide bike workshop tools to care for your bike and a secure storage area.
After a hard day on the trail it was great to get back to the hotel to relax. Our room had an awesome view out over the mountains and it was absolutly magic to wake up to.
On the last night i ate in Arvenstube which is the gourmet restaurant in the hotel. The Beef Steak Tatar is one of the house specialities and it really was a specialty! Mmmmm raw meat, all made right before my eyes! They have some supurb wines and we were happy to sit for hours enjoying our meal.
The staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome.
If you are looking for a great base of operations for your arosa holiday you can't get better than this.I had one of the most enjoyable stays ever at Arve Central and i would recommend it to anyone.
Thanks Guys, i will see you next season!

Stayed for one week in Arve Central Hotel, Arosa, in December 2007, breakfasts were excellent, very good selection of breads, cheeses, cold meats, and the best bircher muesli. Dinners in the a la carte restaurant were very high quality and plentiful.
Hotel staff were friendly with excellent service, hotel clean and warm. The sauna was excellent. Ski room was roomy and warm.
Well located, close to both Arosa and Innerarosa ski lifts, and the town centre.
All round a really good trip.
To boot the manager (Roman) was an Aussie, with first class hospitality.
