The hotel itself looks OK, but once you are inside it is like a factory.
So crowded and everybody is trying to eat and drink as much as they can because it is free.
Lots of children at the pool so it is impossible to have a rest.
Outside the hotel there is aboslutely nothing it is deserted..For some fun at night you have to go out and best is to go to Antalya Centre where there are bars, restaurants and discoteques.
Food is terrible in the self service restaurant. If you are a little late there is nothing left for you. Meat is hard to eat, not juicy.
I will never return to this hotel.

We were 8 females with ages from 27 to 60 and have just returned from a week in the Kremlin Palace. We didn't get off to a good start when we arrived in the night to find we had double beds when we had requested twin beds. There was a lot of faffing about but that eventually got sorted. The rooms certainly are not 5 star. They could do with a good refurbish but we had a nice shower and the bedding was clean and changed each day as were the towels. This is an enormous hotel with many nationalities. The majority seemed to be Russian. Not many English and if a family of English go with young children be warned that there might not be any english kids for them to play with.
I found the food of good standard and there was plenty of choice. Each evening there was something grilled fresh outside along with a huge choice of buffet food inside. There was also several a la carte restaurants which were ok, not great. Booking is a bit of a problem as you have to book at 9am and can only do it by phone and so is everyone else. End up with finger on redial for 10 minutes.
The grounds are kept very well and lots of activities. Lovely hammocks near the beach and lots of sunbeds around the pool and by the beach.
The entertainment team get everyone up and dancing in the evening and we had quite good fun.
I might be tempted to go again but probably just for a girlie relaxing break. Some of the staff could benefit from a customer relations course!!! Several were rather rude and the odd waiter thought he could talk to us in a manner that was not very acceptable.
On the whole, for how much we paid, it was a very nice break in a hotel that was probably 4 star not 5 as ad vertised.

We had the most wonderful week at the Kremlin Palace everyone made us feel very welcome, it is very clean the rooms are spacious, and staff are very helpful and kind although some didn't speak to much english they all made you feel welcome. The entertainment team were great and did a wonderful job keeping everyone amused. The food in the buffet restaurant was very good there is plenty to choose from and you never went hungary. We booked an evening meal in the Italian, Turkish and Mediterranean restaurants and were not disappointed they were excellent, we didn't have any problem booking them for the date and time we wanted. We would recommended a holiday at the Kremlin Palace to all our friends its a must and definately a good 5 star rating it has something for everyone.
from four very satisfied holiday guests
