Alchymist Residence Nosticova is a 5 star hotel located in Mala Strana. The history of the building dates back to the 17th century. It was completely reconstructed in 1997. For two years a number of professional carpenters, plasterers, ceramists, decorators and fresco painters worked on the property and managed to preserve and renew the beauty of the hotel. The room rates include the free access to the Health Club (spa and indoor swimming pool with massages) in the nearby Alchymist Grand Hotel & Spa (the second Alchymist hotel) located a 5-minute walk from the hotel, with 20% discount on spa treatments. Besides hotel offers such services as free internet access, parking (for 26 EUR a day), e-mail, fax, baby-sitting, laundry, and room service. The children aged 11 or under can stay for free with their parents on the existing bedding.

There are 16 rooms in the hotel, namely: 3 Gothic Rooms; 8 Deluxe Rooms; 4 Junior Suites and 1 Royal Suite. The apartments vary in size from 30 to 120 sq m. Some rooms have kitchenettes, and family apartments may have connected rooms. All the rooms are equipped with antique furniture and decoration. They include such amenities as air-conditioning, marble bathroom with bath or shower, safe, minibar, direct dial telephone, high-speed internet, as well as LCD with international channels, DVD and CD player.
