We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights with friends. Booked 2 rooms. We arrived very late missing one bag. The people at the front desk were great they help us call the airport every 5 hours. We got the bag a day later no problem. The room at the hotel was huge and was super clean. The bathroom is also very nice the only thing was the strong light that wackes you up befor you drink your coffee in the morning. Breakfast was basic but good. The main atractions are not too far a way.

Room was reasonable size, but just white wall decor - ironic given the hotel is opposite the city prison! Hanging space for clothes was limited and the air conditioning was broken - not a big deal although the room did get very hot as there was no breeze getting in through the window. TV was small, although it had Sky with limited English channels. Location is OK, but 20min away from the historic centre. Parking was good as I specifically chose this hotel due to its private car park. Driving in Palermo can be quite stressful! Breakfast was pretty thin on the ground, but the staff here and at the check in desk was very good. No hotel facilities (eg swimming pool/gym/bar) to speak of. Reasonable stay, although UK travellors expect a little more from a 4-star. However, having visited Italy quite a few times, I've realized that the Italian star system is a little generous!

I stayed with my partner here for two nights in May. We arrived after a stressful journey (for anyone flying from Dublin to Trapani on Ryanair, the last bus leaves before the flight gets in and it costs €150 to get a taxi to Palermo). The receptionist saw we were frazzled and was very helpful checking us in and recommended a place down the street to eat (it was late at this stage). The room was big and airy, and very quiet with nice furnishings. The bathroom was spacious although without the Etro toiletries previous posters had. We had breakfast in the room one morning but found that you get more to eat in the bar. The space for breakfast was very small but as we were only there for 2 nights it was fine. The location was good as it was down a quiet side street but not to far from restaurants etc. The one bad point was on the last day we asked the receptionist what bus went to the train station and she gave us the number. Unfortunately as it was May day no buses were running (eventually a passer by told us). She probably just forgot this but in a hotel you would expect them to know this. Other than that I would recommend the hotel - we had a very restful stay.

This place is SMALL. Do not let the pictures fool you. You walk in and expect it to be palatial. But it is not. The location is OK; it isn't in the hustle and bustle of Palermo, and you should definitely know that it is a walk to the rest of the sites and sounds of Palermo. However, after seeing the city for three days, that is probably a good thing. The staff was nice, and had great restaurant recommendations (ask them!) I'd definitely only stay in Palermo for two nights if anyone is wondering. Incredibly city, but.... a city nonetheless.

Este hotel estaba limpio. Las habitaciones eran amplias, y estaban bien presentadas con baños grandes. El personal hablaba un inglés excelente, y sabían mucho sobre la ciudad. El desayuno fue simple pero de muy alta calidad. En general, le recomendaría este hotel a todo el mundo.
