Our fine small hotel is situated directly at the town wall in front of one historical gate in Rothenberg ob deer Tuber. Since January 1st, 1995 we, Ulrike and Christian Mittermeier, took over the hotel from our parents. The new generation took over the building and at the same time transformed it into a light, friendly oasis of relaxation. Our guests shall simply feel well off the tourist track. The Mittermeiers has a very personal atmosphere. We want to spoil our guests with good ideas and a young dynamic team. Our hotel offers 27 comfortable rooms, some of them with balcony. We are members of the association, Jeunes Restaurateurs d Europe, an interest group that is continually developing a better and more pleasant service. We offer exquisite culinary experiences together with the joy of being spoilt in an atmosphere of welcome and hospitality. Additional information: Children age 12 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Children over this age will be considered an adult.

It is a very nice hotel in the small town like Rothenburg. It is located at right outside of the old city wall, so it was convenient for us to walk into the oldtown. Also, it has its own parking space, which is rare if you booked a hotel inside of the city wall. The staff was very helpful and spoke good English. Our room was clean and bathroom was very large and comforatble compare to the other hotels in Europe we stayed in. I think that I can stay here if I come back!

Estuvimos en julio de 2006 con un bebé de 1 año. El hotel es encantador, con habitaciones grandes y reformadas. Está a cruzar la calle del centro peatonal. Encontramos tres "peros" para no ponerle un 5 estrellas: La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado; no habñia ascensor, por lo que teníamos que subir y bajar maletas y niño al segundo piso por unas escaleras de madera (una locura); el desayuno escaso. Por lo demás, es un hotel precioso y muy muy recomendable para turistas.

We stayed here for one night on our way to Austria. We absolutely loved it. The room was very stylish, with a sofa bed in a separate area if needed and a huge bathroom. Open fireplace in the room for the winter and its own private garden! The walled town was literally across the road and also was at the beginning of Germany's romantik road which we followed the following day. We sat out on the terrace for dinner and the food surpassed all expectations. We would definitely stay here again and would thoroughly recommend it.
