Rooms are small, fridge is moderately well stocked. Room only comes with one pillow, and it is hard as a rock. TV has only one english channel, CNN, plus about 7 other channels, mostly Italian, one German. Breakfast is adequate, usually scrambled eggs, bacon, and the usual cold meat and cheese platter. Hotel bar does offer double gin and tonics, but pricing varies; one night charged 4 euro, another night 6 euro, and finally last night charged 9 euro. Centrally located to Sesto F.S. metro station. Metro opens at 6AM, so don't book flight out of MXP too early if you are taking the subway then express to Malpensa. Local restaurants recommended by hotel are hit and miss, question clerk thoroughly about quality. Typical business stay hotel, don't expect luxuries.
