Location-wise, this hotel is perfect. Steps away from the Eiffel Tower, lots of restaurants and amenities nearby, including the Metro. However, it's definitely not a 3-star -- a 2-star at best.
Upon arrival, there were dirty towels in the hallways (weren't picked up until the next morning), no pillow-cases on our pillows, dust all over the room, and a pubic hair in the sink (!!). The next night, the pillow-cases magically appeared, thank goodness.
The price is right for the location, but don't expect much else. The front-desk staff are quite helpful, however, and other staff very nice.

We stayed here for 3 nights in October - by way the most dirty and small roomed hotel we have stayed in ever - and very pricy!
I found a dead bedbug under the pillow - and the room wasn't cleaned. The bathroom smelled, and was in a bad condition, as well as all furniture was old and worn.
Don't spend your Paris nights here - find anotherhotel !!!

Don't expect to come to Paris and stay in a new hotel with lots of glitz and glamour. You're only sleeping there. My husband and I stayed 3 nights over the Bastille weekend. The location was perfect. There were plenty of bakeries, cafes, etc. and it was so convenient to the Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides. After booking online, I ran across some of the reviews and I had my doubts. But...the staff was very cordial (did you try to speak French to them?); yes the rooms are small, but our sheets were clean, and we had a corner room which was quiet. My only concern was the door wasn't the most sturdy I've ever seen but we were on the 6th floor so I didn't worry about that too much. Just remember that part of traveling is the adventure!

Stayed here for 2 nites in April. As stated by another we to were told that breakfast was included. We also found out at check-out that we had to pay for it.
This is the only motel in all my travels where they wrapped the sheet around the pillow and call it a pillowcase.
The location was good, but that was the only thing that they have going for them.
Staff was rude
Rooms are very small and dirty
Way overpriced
and the star rating for this place should be at a minus.
Don't stay here.
