Having looked at reviews prior to going to the Titanic we were prepared for the good and negative things that we had read. How we were surprised, this hotel is quite simply one of the best hotels we have stayed in, the food was excellent and catered for everyone’s requirements even down to a separate counter for diet food. From 12 midday there was always food available even after midnight there was a snack bar open until 3 in the morning. The rooms them self are very spacious, clean and are well maintained each having their own balcony and are all sea veiw, AC was brill, but the beds were very hard, however we requested some extra duvets and we had them within 10 minutes. Maintenance of the building is of a very high standard they where always cleaning and gardening without disturbing holiday makers in the process. At 10:30 every morning free fresh melon was available at the beach and whilst at the beach they even came round with ice cold flannels every morning to help you cool down. On the beach it self there is also a bar which is part of the hotel. The swimming pools where great from the Olympic pool right through to the water slides and catered for all ages, fresh water was used and not sea water which is always a bonus, within the pool they even had a jaccuzi.The steam room and sauna are excellent and are defiantly worth trying, the ice cold plunge pool is a must after a day sunbathing. The entertainment was of an ok standard with every night during our 14 night stay having something different, the themed parties were excellent, but some of the shows were very boring and where themed around the film Titanic (very Musical if that is your thing) the big gripe would be that they did not start the show until 21:45 every night. The kiddies club was very good for the young ones and our son enjoyed it very much. One of the many highlights has got to be the firework displays that were done every night by different hotels each hotel in the area wanting to have a bigger and better display The comments that we have read about arrogant and rude staff is correct but we found after cracking a few jokes smiles did appear and they the people were friendlier, the hotel and surrounding areas were very expensive if you were buying anything and Euros are widely used so we would recommend using Euros and not Turkish Lira On the whole the hotel is excellent and we will with out doubt return again.

Fantastic hotel for families. We have 3 children ages, 11, 8 & 4, there was loads to keep them amused . The water slides are best we've been to at a hotel. There are even rings, & rubber mats provided for 2 slides. The complex is huge, but we could get 3or 4 sunbeds with an umbrella, at any time of day, even near the kids pool. Lots of shade around the pool areas as well. Food is Excellent standard, continuously re-stocked, but at peak times there are queues, so you need to go either early when the restaurant opens, or later in evening to advoid queues. Everywhere is spotlessly clean, they continously clean around pool areas, collect empy cups etc.. The evening entertainment is exellent with shows, a beach party, with fireworks, and theme nights , great for young children with a mini disco, and good for adults, but not much for teenagers, as they don't want to watch the shows, and aren't old enough for the Disco. Only down side is shops on site very expensive, and not much around outside the hotel. No where really you can walk to . The boat trips from the hotel jetty are very good . the water sports on the beach are very expensive, ?50 for a jetski for15 minutes.I will go back again

This was the best holiday I've ever had.. It was like a nice dream tha I still can't forget it even after a week... Everything was perfect and the staff wer all efficient and nice.. I'm sure I will go back again soon.... Sharareh, Iran

Ok where to begin lol! Fantastic 5 star hotel, we travelled with two adult friends two teen agers and two 8 year olds. 7 days just wasnt enough for us we didnt see it all im sure! I dont understand the reviews (and we read many before booking) regarding sullen staff. We smiled - they smiled we made some fantastic new friends with some staff who were always happy to look after us - not tips given or expected. The only tip we gave was some lira for our maid who cleaned our room fantastically daily with flowers and small touches. Bedrooms - well stocked mini bar - very clean - air condittioning was good. Towel hut v friendly and helpful. sometimes a little of a language barrier but not much just laugh with them they are brilliant. pools gr8 for kids and waterslides also for us all! Entertainment team hopeful and friendly but we did nothing!! they were cool with that. We spent a little doing a boat trip from the beach which was extra bout 50 euro for adults half for kids but a gr8 day out for us kids got to see waterfalls bbq and swim in the sea, all crew great fun. Photo shop? great. We bought under no pressure some fantastic photos of our children to keep which they loved. all staff there v funny and friendly, Michele, Brother, Sister (you know who u are lol!) Bar staff are great - give them a chance, we had a lot of fun. Not many English in this hotel but all ok and not a bother to us most people ok a few do try and push in, hold your ground. Resturant staff very freindly also. If too much hussle and too many people do lunch at snack bar by the beach. Simple - sure but kids filled up on spit roasted chicken and no long waits for food. Guy in shop in lobby very nice and helpful. Watersports team on beach also good fun - just enjoy your holiday. Going back? for sure, best hotel have stayed in for 30 years, hope this helps ps my oly gripe smoking in public areas we hated but thats all
