We had to go to Flagstaff in a hurry because of an illness to my sister there. We almost didn't choose this hotel because of it's low rating on trip advisor. We took it because we didn't have time to search for others. From the moment we arrived and the front desk gave us two bottles of water, all the cookies we wanted, and listened to our tale of woe we sensed we were among friends. This hotel is better than rated. Everyone was nice from the manager to the maids changing the beds. Every thing was done right, from the very clean room to the really hot hot tub.(even the pool was warm). The business office was available 24 hours a day so I could send e-mails home to the family. The Breakfast was good (eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, waffles, fruit, buiscuits, cereal, etc). Much better than most hotels. They even let me extend my stay one day at a time until the Hospital released my sister. I can highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel itself is ok. We didn't know what the rate was but felt it was probably a low-to-mid range hotel with some standard rooms and amenities. The staff at the reception, however, was super friendly and helpful. Of course, the cookies at night and mini-muffins at the reception desk also help. :)

Room was good size with kingsize bed. Was clean and in good condition. Had coffee maker, microwave and fridge.
Check-in staff freindly and helpful and recommended a good resturant a short walk away.
Was only a small amount of milk provided for the coffee but the reception staff were happy to provide more. Asked for some tea and received herbal tea!
Room was quiet.
Breakfast was a simple buffet but good and adequate.
Price was rather high hence the average rating.

We found this hotel good for what we wanted. We stayed here on the way to the Grand Canyon and were more than pleased with it.
Staff were helpful and the room was very clean.
As Hilton Diamond members we have never used the Garden Inns before but would do again in a location that didn't have the main brand.

As a Diamond Hilton Honors mememer, I spent 120+ night on the road for work. I stay at Hilton properties, I perfer them. This property had a reduced Hilton Honors Reward to stay there which, made me kind of leary.
But we thought, what the heck.
Let me say, very clean hotel. Extremly helpful staff. Great restaurant reccomendations. Love the staff. Location is great, easy to find, tons of shops and restaurants near by.
I would totally reccomend this hotel. Simply the best. Thank you.
