We were a tad late for our 3 o'clock reservation, car rental place at Logan airport was horrible.. but that's another story.
When we arrived we were warmly greeted, check-in was non eventful. We were offered cookies, as we were handed our room keys.
We were given directions to our room, and off we went.
The room was clean and the bed very comfy.
The only problem we had, was the tub in the bathroom. When taking a shower, the water would be up to your ankles in no time. We did advise the front desk every day when we were leaving the hotel, they acknowledged it but up till the time we left, we had the same problem when showering, above the ankle yellowish water. No, we don't take long showers..usually less than 4 minutes. We asked about the yellow water, and we were told that the areas fire hydrants were being flushed, and likely that was the cause.
The pool was great fun, the exercise room was small, but adequate.
The breakfast in the morning was not too bad, although after the 1st day, we tried other places in Plymouth.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Cleaning staff was very good.
We would stay here again

We stayed here with our 2 and 4 year old kids on a weekend visit to Plymouth Plantation and the Mayflower II. What a pleasant surprise!
- The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful
- The rooms are in very good shape and clean
- Conveniently located to the local attractions (a 10 minute drive from the waterfront)
- Next door to a Friendly's (a nice treat for the kids)
- Nice pool and a small but clean fitness room with two treadmills and a recumbent bike
- Very reasonably priced relative to similar hotels
- Better breakfast relative to comparable hotels
- There is a nice little lobby bar
We had a great experience, and we liked the hotel so much that I got motivated to write this, my first hotel review.

This was the second time we stayed at this property as we have family in the area. The front desk staff is so nice and very accomodating, particularly important because we were traveling with 2 kids under 2. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The breakfast included in the rate is top notch and made it easy with our children. Our only complaint was about the housekeeping. We had the same problem during our last stay and both times they comp'd us a night or two to make up for it. The bathrooms were not cleaned very thoroughly and several stray hairs (not ours) were found around the bathtub, sink and on the floor. I am a stickler for clean hotel rooms so this bothered me a bit. All things considered, however, this is the best value for your money if passing through Plymouth, Mass. We will definitely be back!

I absolutely loved this hotel. The room we stayed in was on the 4th floor and it was spotless. The bathroom is new and really lovely. It was also very quiet. We couldn't hear the people next to us. The cookies at the front desk was really yummy.
This isn't located in downtown Plymouth, but it is situated in between Plimoth Plantation and downtown Plymouth and suited us as we were going to both places. There is not a lot of nice restaurants in the area, but the Japanese restaurant near the hotel is quite nice and on Mondays, they have all meals half price.
I couldn't recommend this place more highly. I wished we had reason to stay longer, but our itinerary only provided two days in Plymouth. It would be nice if all Hilton chain hotels were of this standard.

Stayed here for 3 nights in Nov 07, first stay at a Hilton Garden Inn and this one is absolutely immaculate, nice pool for kids, cookies on front desk sometimes, rooms are best I have experienced in the USA (far better than most of the marriotts we've used in the last 2 weeks), Rooms are clean, very new and have fridge, microwave, and are very good quality with lovely bathrooms. The area is ok and yes it is next to a home depot store and a restaurant and book store but in my experience this is better than the interstate which alot of hotels are next to these days, dunkin donuts over road and a few other shops. we had a few issues which were resolved to our satisfaction immediatley by management / front desk....room was not cleaned well on 2nd day (this was a maid issue), they also had a national guard group in on our last night which woke us at 2am, again this was sorted and finally the tv made a very high pitch noise for 5 mins upon switching on each time. That said we'd still give this hotel 5 stars, it really is that nice compared to the other ones we've stayed at on our USA trip this year (and they were more expensive and higher star ratings!), would recommend to everyone.
Big shopping mall, cape cod and plymouth minutes away and a cinema.
