We have just returned from a rafting trip on the Middle Fork of the Salmon River and stayed 2 nights at the Hilton Garden Inn. Our stay was exceptional! The hotel shuttle was very prompt both on the pick-up and return. The staff was friendly, pleasant, and very helpful with restaurant recommendations. The hotel was remarkably clean with very modern decor and very well maintained. Breakfast was really good with a great selection to choose from. Edwards Cinema 21 is directly across the street from the hotel. There are many shops and good restaurants within walking distance. This hotel is a great choice for a stay in Boise. When we return, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Four of us booked the Hilton, Boise for guaranteed overnight stays on our journey from Vancouver, Canada to Las Vegas May 26th and return on June 1st 2007 Our reservations were made directly to the Hotel in early October by telephone, and our credit card number given to reserve rooms for my wife and I and my brother and his wife. On BOTH occasions we were advised that our confirmed ( By E-Mail ) 'Smoking Room' was unavailable and all Smoking Rooms were occupied. We asked why our 'reserved' rooms had been given to folks 'off the street', to receive apologies and "I wasn't on duty" and a comment, "the ONE smoking room with twin beds was very popular and everyone wanted it" !! Don't bother to make reservations, this Hotel's policy is apparantly, First come, first served !! On a positive note, this is a great Hotel, clean, welcoming decor, great lobby and sitting area, super cooked breakfasts and comfortable beds and attractive bedrooms. The Manager, by the way wasn't available untill 9am the following day. Not honouring our confirmed reservation means us not using this Hotel ever again. Very disappointing.

Stayed here for 4 nights recently. Good location, good facilities including pool, hot tub, laundry, free internet services and large bedrooms. Excellent Breakfast, good places to eat nearby if you wish, Mexican and seafood/steak etc. Staff polite, hotel clean, handy for the airport, 21 screen cinema across the road. Everything at this place was great.
