Rooms, breakfast etc is what you would expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. What made this particular hotel stand out to me was the service and friendly staff. When I went to check out it was snowing very heavily. One of the staff was offering to heat up vehicles and scrape snow for the female guests. I was very impressed by this.

We stayed there on a Friday evening. The hotel staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room has flat screen TV and was larger than a normal hotel room. I would highly recommend staying there.

This a great hotel in a good locaton surrounded by restaurants and right off of i-69. It's about 10 minutes from the airport. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The room had a mini refrigerator in it. I wasn't too thrilled with my view of the roof, hotel only has 3 floors. I would stay here again though. About 2 miles up you have lots of retail and places to shop to your hearts delight.

We've stayed at this property before & now have enjoyed it both times. Going on a Sunday afternoon made for a quick check-in & very attentive service. Our room was clean & the bed very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool & spa & had both to ourselves.
We did not go to the breakfast buffet, but went to Bob Evans across the street. Tumbleweed (the restaurant adjacent to the hotel) is no longer there, but plenty of places are available in the area to eat, Don Hall's Tavern at Coventry being one of the nicer ones. I was disappointed that there were only 3 rather flat pillows on our king sized bed, but when I requested a couple more, they were delivered with a smile by housekeeping. We spent time at Fox Island, a county park near the hotel, & then relaxed in the hot tub after hiking.
They have a business center & shuttle to the airport, so this is a good spot for the business traveler.

After arriving late in the evening for my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Fort Wayne Indiana I was told by the front desk staff that although I had a confirmed reservation for that night they did not have a room available for me because they had allowed some other guests to extend their stay. Obviously having a confirmed reservation being held by a credit card deposit is not enough for the Hilton to guarantee that there will be a room available for you when you arrive. General Manager of the hotel did not return calls when I called to file a complaint.
