Clean and comfortable room. Very friendly staff. Only downside is that you cannot walk to any restaurants and the hotel restaurant was not open at the time. Has free shuttle service to Sarasota airport.

This is a great hotel, very close to the airport, which worked out great for us, we had a 6:00am flight! But even though you are very close, we were never bothered by airport noise or overhead planes. The hotel was very clean, had a nice smell and the staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff were so friendly and accomodating. They offer free wi-fi in the rooms, have microwaves and small frigs and a lovely pool. Free and ample parking was also another perk. The hotel is centrally located which makes it easy to get most anywhere in the Sarasota area, it's right on the main street. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and just want to say thank you to the staff at the Hilton Garden in Sarasota for helping to make our stay so enjoyable!

Nice hotel on a very busy Tamiami Trail. Airport is close but noise was not a problem. Desk staff was first-class. Very friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and nice, as well. Only negative is the traffic. Making a left onto the Trail from the hotel is extremely dangerous at all times as you have to cross over three lanes of traffic and a turn lane to get to the Trail. Good luck!

We had just completed a visit to my wife's sister and her husband and spent the night here for an early morning flight. The room was available for early check inn and the Front Desk Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was typical of Garden Inns and nothing special. Furnishings and Bedding were in Good condition and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find the restaurant was open on a Sunday night. Food was good and promptly prepared. One minor problem was that the Shuttle Bus seemed to have disappeared and we did not get our planned 0615 departure. The Night Staff immediately called a Town Car for the trip to the Airport and paid the fare. Excellent Service and a real Can Do attitude. I would recommend this hotel for those wishing to have a convenient location to the Sarasota Airport as well as the Ringling Museum of Art, a very short distance away.

We stayed in Longboat Key for our vacation and could not get home due to terrible weather. We had made our way to the Sarasota airport, only to be told that our plane would not take off that day. However, we wanted to be close to the airport, to make sure we could get back home the next morning. We randomly chose this hotel, and we were expecting it to be mediocre. It turned out to be just fine. If you need to be close to the airport in Sarasota and want convenience, cleanliness and excellent service, this is the place to be. While it is not a destination hotel, it is very close to the Ringling Museum. The people at the front desk could not have been nicer and greeted us with freshly baked oatmeal cookies. And surprisingly enough, the restaurant food was very tasty. If you want an airport hotel in Sarasota, this is the place to stay. This was confirmed as it seemed that the personnel from the airlines - pilots and hosts -- stay here.
