The room wasn't bad but we didn't enjoy the BED BUGS in room 339. Don't stay thier if you don't enjoy BED BUGS. I have never had bites like this before and hopefully never again!

I love this hotel! It has a great location, by the outlet mall, resaurants, Target and more!
Staff is very friendly. The Lindberg Lounge is a great place to grab a beer.
One improvement that they can make, get free passes to the YMCA like the AmericInn accross the street does.
Keep up the great work.

From June 2005 until June 2007 I spent many nights at this HIlton Garden Inn for a specific client. The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. I stayed here so often that when I ordered something different for breakfast the server noticed. The fresh cookies are welcoming after the 3 hour drive from Chicago but the staff is really what made me feel at home.
I never stayed at a different hotel in Oshkosh. I stayed here the first time I went to Oshkosh and enjoyed the hotel so much that I figured it was pointless to book elsewhere. You can't go wrong with warm sincere service.
One time I was even upgraded to the Baron's suite. The week before Harrison Ford and Calista Flockhart stayed in the suite because of the EAA show. Hard to belive that celebrities flock to Oshkosh for any reason but the EAA airshow brings them all out.

This hotel is a very typical Garden Inn when you look at what it has to offer travelers. This particular Hilton gets an above average rating due to the fact that it is convienantly located off of the interstate, it is located at the EAA, it is exceptionally clean, the staff is very helpful, and they give you complimentary cookies and bottled water. The lobby has a neat "airplane" theme that includes some interesting pictures of the local airshow. I stayed a week and never had an issue with the housekeeping or with requests I made with the front desk (and there were several). The location is convienant to downtown, an outlet mall, a Target, and food. All were within a 2 minute drive. The front desk even had directions to the favorite local restaurants preprinted for those who ask.
There were only a few things I didnt like about the hotel. The fitness area was just a few machines packed into a very small room. I like the "pod" style coffee machines in the room like other Hilton hotel chains offer and this particular hotel has not converted to them yet. I realize that this is totally a personal preference.
All in all a very nice hotel and I will definately be returning the next time business brings me back to Oshkosh.
