I do not stay at many Hilton Garden Inns, we are usually at Hampton Inn so this brand was new to me. Everything was excellent. The check in was quick, we were given some bottled water since I used my Hilton number when making my reservation. The room was updated, clean and very comfortable. We had a couple extra requests, a crib and some extra linens, they were very quick to respond and helpful. We used the indoor pool and it seemed nicer than most, cleaner and just reminded me of a 5 star downtown hotel. The breakfast was a little quirky, you have to pay for it, but it looks like a free buffet. I read in advance so I knew that we would have to pay, but I could see how it can be confusing. It was nothing special, and if I pay I'd rather eat at a proper restaurant. I don't have any idea why this hotel is #15 on Green Bay's Trip Advisor list in my opinion it should rank much higher.

Stayed at the hotel on a business trip. Rooms are a little above average. The breakfast in the morning was really good. The only thing is that if you get a connecting room, you can hear the TV in the next room. I would suggest asking for a non-connecting room. Front desk staff was friendly and accomodating. The only thing strange was that they posted signs in the elevators and the front desk saying they would give you $5 if any of the hotel employees did not thank you for staying with them when speaking with them. So when they say it, you wonder how sincere they really are. ;-)
I would stay there again.

Hotel was very nice. The room was fairly large, clean and looked fairly new. Good bed as is normal with the Hilton chain. Staff in the evening was very nice and helpful especially since we were dealing with the airlines losing our luggage. However the girl at the desk in the morning was a different story. She wouldn't even check in the back room to see if it had arrived until we told her the airline said it was delivered to the hotel. She acted like we were a bother. Other than that it was a good stay.

Hotel is relatively new so there are really no surprises. It is the same as every other Hilton Garden Inn hotel and mid-range economy hotel. This range of hotels appear to be the nicest hotels in GB. Hotel was clean. Free wi-fi in the room. Hotel also provided complimentary shuttle to/from airport (which is about 10-15 minutes away).
nothing bad to say.

I had to spend some time at one of my company's plants in nearby Ashwaubenon and decided on this hotel because I've stayed at one before somewhere else. I really have nothing bad to say per se. The place offered free wifi and in room wired internet access. For those that like to play online games while hanging out in your room, the game ports were not blocked. Sometimes, the hotel's IT group blocks the necessary ones you need to hook up to the internet game lobbies. I actually stayed at a Hilton in Minneapolis last year that did this. Not sure why, but the Garden Inns do not, which is fine by me. As far as my room is concerned, it was neat and the mattress acceptable. I was actually given a larger room that normally would was reserved for those using wheelchairs so that was bonus. However,
the only thing bad was that it was next to the elevator/vending room. Now and then I'd hear the hum of the elevator and ice machine being used, but not enough to make me ask for another room. Maybe I would have switched if I had a normal sized room. The hotel is located a short distance from Lambeau Field and though I wanted to walk over and visit the place, that was not to be. The staff was friendly and knew what they were doing. There were actually cookies left (for those that have been here before, know what I mean) when I got back to the place after work. That was a bonus. The Garden Inn wasn't spectacular, but was clean and comfortable and I'd stay there again.
