Stayed here for two nights on business. The rooms are nice, new furniture, bed and flat screen TV. Everything was clean and staff was friendly,
It is near the interstate but was quiet. Across the street from a mall and plenty of restaurants around.
The breakfast was $13 which seemed high for the location and what was offered.

My friend and I went on a trip to indulge his passion for antique cars, and we ended up staying here for a night while on a part-finding trip. He had had pleasant experiences with other Hilton Garden Inns, so we figured this one was going to be great. Here's the bottom line up front: I would stay at this hotel again. The problem I have with this hotel, as I think about my stay here, is that I ended up telling myself, "Yes, but..." too many times.
Hilton's real estate people did an outstanding job in locating this hotel. A right and two lefts off I-75, and you're there. Staff at the front desk were outgoing and cheerful, to the point they're worth stealing by another hotel chain. Tasteful design oozed from the lobby. A breakfast counter with the tables for guests looked inviting. The "Yes, but(s)..." started when we found the room.
We found ourselves in the room next to the pool and fitness center area. Happy poolgoing noises came right through into the room. We were fortunate families weren't traveling the night we were there; otherwise, we would have asked to move on that basis alone.
As we entered our room, my pal examined the striker plate and door latch assembly. It was obvious that someone, somehow, had broken into the room at some point, and the top part of the latch assembly did not have enough metal left in it for new screws. Obviously, the bottom part was still holding together, but even so, that is Not Good. Since we were simply making an overnight stay, and the door blocking latch seemed in perfect shape, we decided to put up with the room for the night.
The bathroom design brought up another "Yes, but..." moment. No exhaust fan. More perplexing were the racks for dry towels... in the shower stall? I've traveled a bit in the military, a bit as a tourist -- but what in the world would possess the room designer to put the dry towel storage rack in the shower? A full complement of Neutrogena products were supplied, right down to Neutrogena mouthwash. I never knew Neutrogena made a "mouthwash." It was another "Yes, but..." moment.
Other than those things, I thought Hilton as a company still knew how to do some aspects of the hotel experience better than others. The towels, for instance. They were fluffier and just plain felt more luxurious than those of other chains. Room furnishings, to my eye, seemed to exhibit more than a passing concern for style. Pillows and mattresses were quite comfortable. The bedspread reminded me somewhat of continental European tastes. Our room had the now-standard chain hotel coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave set. Oh yes, there was a copy of a tome from Conrad Hilton in the room.
All of this does not offset the lack of value for money at this location. The room price was a good 15% more than say, a Marriott Courtyard, and probably 30% higher than a typical Holiday Inn Express. Breakfast was priced for the corporate expense account; apparently Hilton figures one will pay twice as much to eat at a Hilton Garden Inn, instead of the Waffle House done the street. While the staff was top-notch, and the room itself was adequate, I cannot recommend this hotel for value. On the other hand, if "corporate" dictates the use of Hilton chain properties, it's okay. Just don't expect a premium product in exchange for your paying a premium price.

Not a bad hotel to stay at in lexington...clean, good service, comfortable, quiet, good breakfast. Just a typical Hilton Garden Inn (nothing particularly special) I will return and reccommend to my colleagues.

Nice hotel. Is just what I would want to expect. Check - In was quick and easy. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Lobby is spacious and friendly. Security is on staff, but probably not needed. Wi-Fi was free, but seemed a little slow in the room.

Great hotel...location was good, surrounded by restaurants, fast food places and shopping malls.
Didn't want to stay in downtown Lexington because of traffic (this much was true), we were really happy with the location of this hotel, close to interstate 75 South and right on Man O' War Blvd which will take you to anywhere around Lexington without going through downtown (nightmare).
I hadn't stayed in a hotel for a while and was a little leery about staying anywhere. Packed my can of Lysol and my disinfecting wipes and drove 3 hours to the Garden Inn. Although I did wipe off light switches, telephones, the remote control and of course the flush handle and toilet seat (you can never be too careful).
Much to my surprise, the hotel was just about as close to spotless as it could be. As you walk through the door to the front desk you are greeted by an ivory colored decor even right down to the tile floor. The hotel was immaculate, smelled clean and was beautiful. The room had plush down comforters on the bed and three fluffy pillows. Lots of extras (wall thermostat, hair dryer, microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board) in the room. The bed was so comfortable we had a blissful two nights sleep.
The Hilton Garden Inn staff were so helpful with tips and shortcuts to our destinations and lead us directly where we needed to go.
I will definitely stay there again if my niece decides to attend UK, or if we decide to go back and see all the things we missed on the first go round.
