My son and I enjoyed our stay. I was surprised how clean it was. It was very nice like I said bu I have found that the Sheraton resorts are nice hotels. Not a speck of dust or dirt anywhere and I am very picky when it comes to booking hotels and taking my son on vacation. The Inner Harbor was 15 minutes away. Very good price for the money.

Well, when i arrived at the hotel, i was delighted by how comfortble the whole environment was. Eventhough it is very close, 0.3 miles, to the airport there is not too much noise from the airplanes. The staff at the front desk was wonderful and everytime I turned around someone was there to help me. The check in was very fast and easy as well. So when I got into my room, I couldnt help but notice how clean it was and smelled!!! Everyone is always worried about a clean room when picking a hotel and this room was top notch clean. There was plenty of pillows and plenty of room to move around. They also provide joinin rooms, which is lovely if travelin in groups or just with family. There was plenty of cups in the room as well as tea and coffee. The bathroom provided lotes of towles, shampoo and conditoner!!! Some hotels dont offer conditioner. There was also two different soaps, face and body. Anythin else you need you can get it from the front desk. I felt right at home in this hotel. There was a very nice sized pool, outdoor!!! i dont understand indoor pools...whats the point? lol!! The pool also has a life guard on duty, which was very classy of them. The bussines center was a lil small but there was plenty of computers around the hotel, with free internet(in rooms as well). Altogether I really loved this hotel and even though it has been around for quit some while it was by far the best hotel I have stayed in. I will deffinitly be visiting again.

I've traveled all over the world and never did I expect to find the absolute best hotel experience right here in Baltimore. This hotel has sharpened their hospitality skills to a level which I've never encountered. Each and every employee is Helpful ( a family member got lost twice; each time they stayed on the phone to give her the driving directions back to the hotel), Happy ( you will see genuine smiles), Well mannered ( "Good morning", "welcome back ", "hello"), and most definately on their toes.. so much that I felt like I was the only guest. When does that ever happen? I'm a fan of Sheratons overall but the employees here made my visit so wonderful that I simply have to plan some vacation time to go back and visit my newly married niece ( I was there to attend her wedding) Yes, they are that impressive. So a big BRAVO to the General Manager, Kevin Carnes for his fantastic staff. Perhaps they are all working to emulate him. While I was checking in, he had finished up a meeting and walked over to welcome me, even carried my luggage directly into my room. Do you see why I felt like I was the only guest?
The rooms are beautiful, comfy and quiet . The outdoor pool is refreshing & relaxing. The restaurant serves a breakfast buffet with every imaginable breakfast item on hand. We also dined in the Pub area; cold beer, burgers and yummy pies.To visit the Inner Harbor /Convention center or any other Baltimore attraction the train is in walking distance (to me) although they are happy to drop you off and pick you back up. Stay there... you will love it!

I have seen many reviews of this hotel that have rated it pretty highly. I may have done so myself had I not stayed here for a business meeting, as the guest rooms were nice and clean and the front desk staff were very helpful and accomodating. Even the restaurant was pleasant. However, the business end of my stay was awful - so awful, it overshadowed everything else - and the manager's behavior was completely unacceptable.
I booked a conference room ten days in advance for an important business meeting, for which the attendees were only availble for an hour. Fifteen minutes into the presentation, a very loud drilling sound began emanating from above the room. I immediately left my presentation to speak to the manager, who told me there was nothing he could do about it, that workers were at the hotel and working on the roof. He offered to switch my meeting room. After explaining to him that our presentation was well underway, and that moving would require disassembling the projector, laptop, moving the projection screen and severing our teleconference line, and that the attendees were only avaialble for an hour, I was told by the manager that I was being - and I quote - "unreasonable."
After the manager agreed to stop the work for "as long as possible," a half hour later, the noise came back even louder. I again spoke to the manager, who refused to stop the work and again offered to move my meeting room and comp the expenses.
This all could have been avoided. The right move would have been to tell me, in advance, that work was being done on the hotel that day, not book me in that room, or, in the very least, let me know before my meeting began that work was being done on the roof and that as a result my meeting room would have to be moved. Instead, the distraction of the noise and my repeated absences from the room to speak with the manager turned the well-planned meeting into a fiasco. Half of the information that was being presented was not heard by the attendees, and the person on the teleconference experienced drop-outs due to the background noise.
I hate writing negative reviews, but this one is well warranted. Nobody should have to go through the stress that I experienced. Take your meeting business elsewhere. Even if I caught this hotel on the wrong day, beleive me, it is not worth the gamble.

We stay at this hotel often.I personally or my spouse and I fly everyother month..so in some ways this has been our home before travel since the mid 90's. Its great for early and easy flights. They offer a shuttle 24/7, let your auto there (park/fly), and when you arrive back just pick up the hotel bookings phone found at you bagage claim and call for a pick up shuttle they pick up on the inside curb so no hassle w/ outer loop traffic. The shuttle driver has always been nice and from time to time we get a driver who has had a bad day I guess if we had to make a % we have only gotten 3 w/ a bad attitude in all these yrs. They are helpful w/ laggage and keeping you abreast of the local or semi local news... The beds are soft, fluffy towels, extra if you need them..also ask the front desk for a wake up call easy ck out and in and the hotel has been up-dated (nice job!!). The pool is devine for summertime w/the fam or catching a few rays before your flight. The food is good..not cheap..a couple its great..as a family you might want to find a surrounding resturant..there are many.. Try their new micro brews from the Baltimore areas..kinda tastey..Crab soup is to died for !! The staff and the wait staff has always been very helpful and nice to work w/. Sign up for Starwood Rewards kinda nice to get a free night stay at any Sheraton and Four Points hotels. Also try booking through many different sources: the hotel direct, and use any AAA, AARP and Military or company sources to lower your rate. Book early and save more the rates have been from $79-$279. so scan the net and the hotel. The hotel is a few miles from attractions..and you do get some jet noise..but you are very close to the airport..you can see many major airlines take off to the left of the front entrance...the kids love it !!
