Me and my partner stayed there mid July 2006. Location is not bad, 10 mins walk to the main beach and shops 5 mins walk away. Make sure you don't get the ground floor rooms. These are very small and dark. Breakfast was poor. Very bad attitude towards customers from the hotel manager ( rude and nasty french lady).

As you approach the hotel it does not look like anything special, however, on arrival you are greeted by very friendly staff. The only disadvantage for me personally was the fact that they hardly spoke any English. However, this is a very trivial matter which could be easily resolved with a conversation book! The room I was staying at was quite small as it was a standard room (I believe there are bigger rooms in the hotel), however, it was exceptionally clean! The location of the hotel is perfect! I would say it is 600 metres from the beach. It is located in a residential area which meant it was very quiet and your night's sleep will not be disturbed by the hustle and bustle of La Croisette! The hotel also has underground parking at €10 per day; however, as I was staying there for 10 nights I got it for €7 per day. I would strongly recommend this hotel as it saves you money on accommodation. The extra money can be spent in the fantastic shops of Cannes!

This was the second time we had stayed here this year. The first time was because our first choice couldn't take us and what a good discovery. It is so easy to walk into town, the surroundings though compact are pleasant and the staff are more than helpful. When we had to extend our stay they juggled their other bookings so that we did not need to change rooms. Great service.
