FABULOUS stay at Embassy Suites Napa

My husband, 16 month old son and I stayed at the Embassy Suites Napa Valley for 2 nights. It was fabulous! The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. David and Tobby were very helpful upon checkin. We arrived a little early, so they put in that extra effort in order to get us a ready room. The room itself was beautiful! We had a 2 double bed suite overlooking the outdoor pool. The room was spacious, and when we called down to request a crib, Ken the operator was able to send Kris the bellman to deliver it, and he even took the time to set it up for us! Breakfast was great! We were able to set up appointments with spa services and enjoy massages on the second day, we went and had lunch at V.Sattui Winery (deli & picnic grounds), and dinner at Celadon. Laura was very attentive upon checkout. She asked us about our stay and made sure we were satisfied. Froilan the bellman was able to assist us with our luggage on the way out... Overall, an impressive stay. We'l certainly be back!

Really enjoyed our stay of 2 nights. The grounds are beautiful, the front desk staff both friendly and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. They have both an indoor and outdoor pool - great for relaxing in after a day of touring Napa (which is gorgeous). I would definitely return!

The Embassy Suites in Napa is a really nice time. I've stayed there twice, the first time for pleasure, and this time for business. The room definitely has a lot of perks. It was nice having a table in the living room, the bar, refridgerator, and microwave. There was also a sink in the bar area. The bathroom was typical, although it was a little strange how the two doors opened outward. The room was really comfortable and it was also great to have a sink in the bedroom as well. The location of our training was spacious, the courtyard and swans were a great touch, and so were the free breakfast and 2 hour cocktail hour. The only downside is that there is no gym onsite.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel and would say that it made our whole visit to the Napa very memorable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and very convenient with 2 young children, aged 3 and 6. We booked a 1 bedroom suite with 2 double beds and separate living room which allowed us to stay up after the kids had gone to bed. We reserved a room on the 3rd floor after reading some reviews about noise and did not have any problems. The hotel had a lovely ambience with the outdoor courtyard, water feature and swans which the kids particularly enjoyed as well as the 2 swimming pools which we made the most of. Both the breakfast and manager's reception (free drinks and nibbles) were great. Highly recommend staying here if you have children and also highly recommend the Wine Train Family Night. Our girls enjoyed this immensely, our food was delicious and the whole experience worthwhile.

Very nice hotel. The free breakfast was one of the better breakfast meals I have had. Even at traditional breakfast establishments. Great location right off Hwy 29. Great stay.
