We stayed two nights in a King Suite. The king bed was fine, but the pull out bed was on an incline and very uncomfortable. I asked for a roll away , but was told they don't have them. This hotel was very loud and it was impossible to sleep with all the noise. I am not being picky here. This hotel is one of the worst I have ever stayed in.

This COULD be a very good hotel. While we were put in a room directly in front of a kitchen exhaust stack, we were not there for the view. The room was obviously newly rennovated. It was fairly clean. Some grout falling in the tight inner bath but did have 2 sinks. Outlet next to bedroom sink did not work, nor did the remote for the living room TV. Note to housekeepping was ignored for the entire time we were there. Never fixed.
Breakfast was on a par with other good Embassy locations. Afternoon reception another story. Instead of Seagram's 7 they had Candian Club but no vermouth and they were not going to get any! Only white wine was Chardonnay even though popular variaties like Pinot Grigio would not cost them any more. Left and went to the reg. bar. Bartender was a bit weird and poured as little as possible, but was acceptable. Oddly the price for drinks was different each day. On Saturday an new bartender told my wife in seconds that they were out of Pinot Grigio!!! On the week-end??We left. Another customer walked in one night and bought a beer because they ran out of comp. Bud Lite and would not get anymore. Maybe that is part of their game plan?
Happy hour also went from hot items to goldfish and salty crushed dog biscuits for the rest of week. If they wanted to be cheap pick something non salty to discourage drinking!
We ate several dinners here. Sirloin special was good, mashed potatoes were very good. Broccoli tasted of freezer burn. Salads fresh but when I asked for a vinegarette dressing they brought me a little cup of what apparead to be balsamic vinegar!
Elevators were good. Pool, exercize, and internet ok.
Staff friendly but place is under staffed. Problem with leaving automated wake up call. Front desk said they would fix. We had a 7 am flight. Never got the wakeup.
With a "little" customer orientated focus on details this would be a good place to stay, noting that it is a liitle bit farther away from most of the action in Dallas. My suggestion is that raise the rates $4. per night and do things right. I don't think we would stay here again unless they improve.

Just stayed at Embassy Suites in Colorado Springs the week before and would not believe they were even the same hotel chain.
The room was very musky, we asked to change rooms which they did with no problem but the next room was just as bad.
They say they have just redone the rooms but in my opinon they hired very cheap labor.
Very disappointed in this hotel!

We stayed at this hotel 10-5 thru 10-7. The hotel has been recently renovated and the room we stayed had been completely remodeled from last year. We stay at this hotel on a yearly for the Texas State Fair and the annual OU / Texas Football game. The bed was comfortable and the furniture in the room was all brand new. We stayed in a suite on the top floor and couldn’t have been happier. The breakfast and omelet bar that is famous to Embassy Suites did not disappoint. The staff was very friendly and accommodating despite the hotel being completely full. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is in a fairly central location located right off the I-35, but keeps you away from the crowded downtown area.
