This hotel is in a great location. My wife and I were in Boston on vacation and this location made it perfect for daily sightseeing trips into town. The Airport T station is in easy walking distance thru a very nice, well-lit park. After a week stay, I was able to walk to Avis and pick up our rental car for a trip around New England. A week later I returned the car to Avis and walked back to spend our last night in town back at the Embassy. The next morning the very friendly shuttle driver took us to the airport. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The free breakfast each morning has a good selection to please just about anyone. You do not hear the airport at all! very quiet rooms, especially since they are suites and you can close off the bedroom doors to block noise from the hallway. We only tried the restaurant food once, the food was very good, but the wait staff were somewhat slow, I suspect that with the free breakfast and the nightly Manager's reception, they are used to people helping themselves. Although it didnt matter to us, the pool is open but still undergoing renovation and the fitness center is not open. The kiosk in the lobby for printing borading passes was out of order, but I was able to print them in the Business Center with no problems. There is wireless internet available in the rooms for $9.95 for 24hrs. This would be one of my few complaints, as all cheaper hotels such as Holiday Inn Express or Best Western do not charge for internet. Overall we had a very good experience at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone travelling business or pleasure.

My family stayed at this airport hotel both our first arrival night and ten days later for the return flight home. The plus: very convenient to the airport and subway. The shuttle picked us up but the driver seemed way to grumpy to either help with our luggage (we were traveling with my 6 year old and two grandmothers in their mid-seventies) and didn't even bother with a "hello". We live in Hawaii and take several mini vacations so we always tip. I would have hesitated but my husband did tip him anyway...all he did was nod as he pocketed the money. We were the only ones who tipped the driver! Check in was okay but again the lack of friendly service was obvious. The rooms were clean and we did not hear any airport noise. A lot of noise came through the walls and from the hall. You can hear the water running from the next room. The morning breakfast was very good. The nightly manager's reception is not food to feed children or elderly. Make sure you arrange to eat out! They did offer restraunt service but we ate elsewhere...Legal Seafood is only 2 subway stops (aquarium) from the hotel and was very good. Both stays were similar so it may be better to stay elsewhere if you are looking for a more friendly or caring staff. (one exception was during breakfast, a very pleasant gentleman who appeared to be the manager came around and asked if we were enjoying our breakfast...this was the only time we felt any hospitality) We live in Hawaii and hope Embassy Suites try harder to convey a little "aloha" to their guests.

Ended a two week vacation with two nights at the Logan Embassy Suites. Hotel is within the airport complex, directly across the street from the Hertz and Dollar Rental Car offices (dump the rental car and avoid the $32/day parking fee).
Was able to check in early (around noon), but was told the room was on a smoking floor (6th fl). Hallway smelled, but room did not, so we didn't bother to change. Room was on the small side, but the separated bedroom is a must with kids. Had to ask twice for a crib to be delivered and despite website claims- internet access in the rooms was $9.95/day (although it's free in the business center off the lobby). Was told at check-in that the pool was under repair for the week... Instead, took the kids to the Hilton pool via the Embassy shuttle- inconvenient, but not too bad. Hotel was quiet at night, except for my nine month-old :-(
Breakfast was fine- omelets made to order, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. Starts at 5:30 on weekdays, which is convenient... Because of MA laws, the typical Embassy Suites evening manager's reception doesn't include beer/wine... food is minimal. Restaurant is pricey, so we didn't try it, although they do have a kid's menu.
Shuttles leave the hotel every 10-15 minutes for the airport and T/subway station. However, we twice waited over 30 minutes to be picked up at the T station (despite calling the front desk). Finally realized we could walk through a park back to the hotel... Airport T station is two stops to the Aquarium/Fanueil Hall- very convenient.
Overall- a convenient, family-friendly, airport hotel with easy city access. For those traveling with kids- the two-room setup is great compared with the other airport hotels (Hilton, Hyatt).

Breakfast was terrible; they were out of most everything including plates. The room was okay but no attention to details missing washcloths, tea bag, shampoo.

Our stay was wonderful! Hotel was very clean and service was great. We didn’t spend much time at the pool as we out enjoying the sites! The breakfast was great and extremely convenient for my family traveling with very small children. Those little bellies are hungry quite early!! The suite was comparable to many we have stayed at- and with a large family (more than two children) a suite is essential. Necessities like bottles and snacks all you moms know the drill!! Can’t comment about the fitness room either again just too busy enjoying my quality time with family. Our daily routine is fitness enough!!
