I stayed there with my family over the weekend and had an extremly enjoyable time. It was unexpected that we were going to need to stay in Boca Raton but found the Boca Raton Embassy Suites a perfect spot! It has a great Breakfast, Suite and they are the only Green Hotel in Boca Raton which is important to me and my family. The accomodations were very clean and the Staff was super friendly and helpful! They went out of their way to help us as we had 3 kids and tons of stuff! I loved the fact that the room had refirgerators and Microwaves to cook popcorn at night for our Movie night! :) I would definately recommend this hotel to any traveler coming to the Boca Raton area as the best Boca Raton Hotel!

I am actually from Boca but I do not live here anymore. I highly recommend this hotel and I advise that you try to book it as cheaply as possible by searching several sites. We got a great price for it so it made it all the more wonderful. It is actually very 80s Boca style *(how all hotels and buildings were constructed in the 80s here in Boca) It has a clear glass elevator and an atrium and a pretty nice pool. Its close to the beach and I 95 and close to all the downtown Boca stuff and has a cvs close by. I really liked having the suite so I could stick the kids in the other room. Its not perfect but its certainly not overpriced and a pretty good deal for the most part. I would definitely recommend it to someone coming to Boca for the first time and for the person to head south to Palmetto Park Road and Camino Real and turn left and explore close to the Boca Hotel and Club and go up and down A1A and see the real Boca that isnt near the west of Boca. West Boca is not real Boca cause it never existed till the 80s and is newer creation and part of Boca. You really will like east Boca and the environment around the hotel

We made reservations to stay at this Embassy Suites for one night to attend a concert two months prior to the day we arrived. We live on Sanibel Island where we actually own a small inn so we are very familiar with what customer service ought to be. This was our second stay at the hotel. The first was uneventful and we expected this one to be too. On our reservation which we made on line we asked for and paid for a King Size non smoking suite. When we arrived we were given the keys to a very smoky smelling room with double beds. When we went down to the desk to ask about it we were told that it was not a smoking room and that there were no more king size rooms available. The confirmation sheet is a bit dubious as it states our room is a King Size Suite....but then says under preference King Bed and states preferences are subject to availability. Seems a little strange as we checked in 5 minutes after check in time started, which made me distrustful that there was really no king size suites left. All well and good, we as owners of our Inn understand that these things can happen. Our complaint or mainly our review comes from the fact that not once did the person behind the desk express he was sorry that our room was not what we had asked for or paid for and that it smelled of smoke. In fact he encouraged us to look around at other hotels in the area, which we did and found a very nice suite directly across the driveway Spring Hill Suites, owned by Hilton's competitor, Marriott. The price was substantially lower for the same quality of accommodations and breakfast was included. The price we saved bought us a very nice dinner in Boca. We have upcoming reservations at Embassy Suites in August, which we will be cancelling and moving over to the Marriott chain. All this could have been avoided with a simple sympathetic word. We would never treat our guests in such a way and decided it was not the treatment we wanted for ourselves. The manager of this hotel needs to hold a customer service day with his front desk employees.

This was a wonderful hotel. We stayed with our kids (ages 3 & 8) and the choice was an ideal one. The rooms were clean, spacious enough for us all and the breakfast was really good. Very good value for the money.

This was our second stay in Boca. The first stay was very nice. So we came back. What a mistake. The hotel had been rented out for a private party and were never told. While the adults were busy getting drunk, the kids were running up the halls after midnight screaming their little heads off. When my wife went to the front desk to complain they told her it was'nt the hotels responsability to control the children. The staff was very rude and dismissive the more she pressed the issue. If I had wanted this type of service, I would have stayed in New Jersey.
