We have just returned from a short break in Paris staying at the Cambon Hotel. The hotel is in a perfect location, just a short walk from some of the most spectacular sights in Paris. The room was very small but also very comfortable with everything in it that you would need for a short stay.The staff were extremely pleasant and couldn't do enough for you. However there is no restaurant in the hotel, only a small breakfast room (approx 7 tables) and for the price we paid, and from a hotel with a 4 * rating I would expect a bit more than was available. I would go back to the Cambon but only after checking out some of the other deals on 4* hotels in the area. I'm not sure that this hotel was the best value for money.

I am writing this on the second last day of a 11 day stay at the Hotel Cambon, from June 9 until June 20. We traveled with my wife, 1 year old baby and mother in law. The staff catered to us and now anticipates our daily needs for the baby. When we arrived the night lone deskman called his wife at home to ensure the milk was suitable for our baby. One recommended fabulous restaurant L'ardoise. Travelling with a baby is not the easiest thing to do and the staff at this hotel has made it very enjoyable. They upgraded our rooms to the two suites on the seventh floor for a reasonable upgrade rate. The sevent floor suites have cute small litte two people terraces that made for a romantic anniversary for my wife and I. My thanks to the staff at hotel cambon
