We've booked a hotel facing the stret/other ones maybe diferent/
Room was so small with small uncomfortable bed no aircondation, dirty and the smell of it... disgusting! We do not advice to go there.
Cleaning&refreshing&renovating etc.they all needed this hotel.INTERRIOR LATE 70's AND ORIGINAL but used/beaten up condition.
The beach is one of the ugliest around the aeria, whitout shower toilet etc.
We left it the first day, lost more then 400 euros. It was the best decision of our holyday.
The manager was nice, speaks english but i guess he's got enough of his profession.Breakfast is a joke.
NOT RECOMMENDED!
Great budget choice

Stayed in this hotel for three nights during the Rugby World Cup quarter finals in Marseilles, so Bandol was packed with good humoured rugby supporters (both England and France won).
The hotel is located on the sea front right opposite the casino and very convenient for everything in the relatively small and charming resort of Bandol. If you're travelling by train, the station is a 20 minute walk away up a fairly steep hill. If your travelling by car, there is a car park right opposite the hotel, but it costs EUR 10 per day.
The hotel itself only has 14 rooms, about half of which have sea views. Rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable and completely without any frills. The bathrooms have baths with shower attachment (but nowhere to hang the shower head so you have to sit in the bath to shower your hair) and no shower curtain so the bathroom gets very wet, no matter how careful you are. There are TV's in every room, with several foreign channels (although my remote control didn't work) and every room has a small french balcony. My room had a smallish, comfortable double bed, and a great view over the sea front.
Breakfast was perfectly adequate, coffee, juice, fruit, fresh bread and yoghurt and it's served until 10am.
Apart from the breakfast room, the hotel has no facilities and very little service (you let yourself into the hotel after 10pm with your room key), but the staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke a good standard of English.
The best thing about the hotel is that it provides basic and comfortable accomodation in a great location at a bargain price. We paid EUR 60 per room plus EUR 8.50 for breakfast per day. Because we booked four rooms all as singles I didn't have to pay the sea view suppliment (about EUR10) but even if you do pay the extra, it's still a bargain, particularly if you put two people in a room - which most of the other guests did.
No hesitation at all in recommending this hotel, but don't expect luxury.
