"Dreadful hotel. Tiny rooms (literally as big as a double bed), no air-con, very tired decor and in grim area. Breakfast was fairly basic. Only redeeming feature was helpful staff. I stayed here as was visiting conference centre (approx 2 miles from City Centre). "
