Made reservation on their website for 2 rooms but on arival they could only fine one despite me having 2 reservation reference numbers! A bit of I.T. work required! Rooms are small but clean. There was a problem with the air ventalation on our floor which circulated tobacco smoke into non smoking rooms and the corridor.

I spent 4 nights as this hotel (June 10-14) and found it to be sufficient for my purpose and fair value for what I paid ($112/night from Hotwire).
ROOM: The room was really small but clean. The bed is the most comfortable I have slept on and I would stay at this hotel again just for that alone. Although very small (reminded me of Parisian hotel rooms), the room had everything I needed. However, I would suggest that the hotel update their furniture and information desk-packets as the furniture was nicked up and the info package had stains and typos. With regards to noise as addressed by previous reviewers, I was on the 9th floor and did not hear any noise of the highway ramp outside.
LOCATION: The location was fine – I have no complaints in that regard. It was a five minute walk to catch the water taxi to Granville Island and the hop-on/hop-off trolley car stops in front of the hotel next door. Also I took local transit to the Airport and the bus stop was only 2 blocks away on the same side of the street and cost me $2.50 to get to the airport. I walked across town from the hotel to Canada Place (the opposite side of town) and it took me a comfortable 20-25 minutes - so for people who like to explore on foot the location of this hotel should not be a problem. There are also a couple of convenience stores around the corner.
RESTAURANT: I managed to eat at the restaurant one night as I was too tired to venture out again and was pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent and the food was good and fairly priced.
Overall, I would stay at this hotel next time I visit Vancouver but only if I received the same price or very similar. For anything more than what I paid this hotel is not worth it. I think it’s a great budget hotel and for people who just want a safe and clean hotel to get a good night sleep it fits the bill.

Very helpful front desk when we discovered that we were not booked in, and our TA had only recommended this hotel, not booked it. Also very helpful in storing our luggage after our cruise, before check-in, and the next day after our check-out, before our late night flight out of Vancouver.
We found the room to be very small, and the beds in that room to be very hard, resulting in very little sleep. There was also some road noise, but not excessive.

Hotel is well located and easy to walk to bus or harbor ferry. One problem I had was the room was small although well equipped and I reserved a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room. This was very disappointing as I found it almost overpowering every time I re-entered the room. There also seemed to be some confusion in locating my reservation as well which may have been to problem.
