Exactly as advertised, excellent location, very clean, we enjoyed our stay. 100m from arc de triomphe, champs elysees, 50m from metro. Plenty of restaurants, patisseries, pharmarcy, supermarket close by.
Rooms and beds are fairly small but extremely comfortable and cosy. As space is at a premium in paris all rooms are small - we even seen a car parking space for sale for 20,000 euro's!
Don't think the beds would be a problem to europeans (standard double), but may be a problem for american visitors who are used to queen and king size beds.
We booked through an agent so breakfast was included - it was fine but I wouldn't have paid for it, if it wasn't included (either 10-12 euros for pastries, cereals, youghurt and tinned fruit) you can get nicer and cheaper down the road.
Reception staff are very friendly and informative. The shuttle service to the airport is pretty good value at 17 euro's each.
Metro - buy the ten tickets for extra value, we found these more useful than the touriste passes.
Check out bike about tours, amazing day.

This was our first visit to Paris or Europe for that matter. Our flight was delayed by a day due to wind and the Air France bus had to let us off at the Porte Maillot stop instead of the Arc de Triomphe due to a state visit by the PM of Isreal. After the walk we were happy to finally get to the hotel. It was perfect. I can't tell you kow well it is located. We stayed in Paris for 7 days and the proximity to the Metro and RER was wonderful. There are several restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies all around. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and spoke English very well though I enjoyed trying out my French a time or two. The room was a little small but the view of the small Rue Brey was great. The sheets are a little on the rough side and the bathtub had a shower nozzle but it was one that you had to hold the entire time you took a shower. I really must recommend the Museum Pass by the way if you plan on sightseeing. The windows are very well sealed against the street noise. I will definately stay here the next time we are in Paris.

Went for a weekend away and the Neva and was 2 streets off the arch de triomphe, literally turn the corner from the street of the hotel and it was there. So obviously getting around was so easy with the Charles de Gualle metro station being one of the biggest. As to be expected in Paris the rooms were not huge but more than enough for 2 people for a weekend and there is so much to do in the city its only really used as a base. Paris is a great city to go with so much to do and most of the time we just walked around soaking up the atmosphere and being 5 minutes away from the champs-elysees (maybe 10 after navigating all the stop signs around the arch de triomphe!) the hotel was great for this. Also the staff there was so friendly the lady that we spoke to seemed to work all the time we asked her to book us a taxi as we had tickets to the moulin rouge show and as we waited on the night the taxi was a bit late, but she was straight on the phone and even waited outside for the taxi to arrive. Paris is not a cheap city but you could pay a lot more for a lot worse than this hotel.

The Hotel Neva was in a perfect location less than 5mins walk from the Arc De Triomphe. It's also very close to Charles De Gaulle Etoile metro station, so getting around was really easy. It was great value for money and the room was a fairly reasonable size with very helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.
