One word BEDBUGS !!! I woke up scratching and had one attached to me, was informed by their insurance company the exterminator said it was bedbugs... has been 3 wks and their insurance company has not responded back...

I dont know where to begin! This place is a dump, but is cheap! The bed was as hard as concrete so I am exhausted rather than well rested after our visit to Raleigh. After a horrible nighs sleep, I was able to take a hot shower but when I got out the towels felt like sandpaper. Speaking of paper, there was no wasterpaper baskets in our room so garbage was left all over the counters. Bring all of your own amenties, they dont even supply a plastic cup near the bathroom sink. We were there for 3 days and no one cleaned the room nor did we see anyone elses rooms being cleaned. We had no towels left and tried to call the front desk to get more but the phone just rang and rang, so only one of us could shower on our last day. I contempleted sleeping in the car and would suggest that rather then staying here!!!!!
