This is a limited service hotel. They replace the sheets/towels only once per week (although you can take towels to the front desk for a refresh), and as far as I could tell, they clean the rooms only once every few years. The bathroom and kitchen floors were filthy -- hairs, dirt, spilled food. Our beadspread had big red splotches on the underside. Yeah, it looked like blood. I took the bedspread to the front desk and he cheerily replaced it, telling me, "Looks like this one had been washed too many times!" It was a bargain ($50/night on hotwire) but you get what you pay for, I guess.

This hotel was absolutley HORRIBLE! We booked our three rooms a month in advance on the hotel website. When we arrived they had changed all our reservations to Queen rooms (which were way to small for three families of four) and our kids slept on the floor for the first night until they could move us into a King room (that we originally reserved). The staff had no idea how to do their job. They did not reimburse anything nor give us a discount for making us stay in the small queen rooms. Once we finally got into the King rooms the stay went OK. As the other users have stated, the rooms are disgusting and the dishes were probably just put back in the cupboards by the previous tenant if used. We would not allow our toddler to crawl on the floor since the first time we allowed it his knees were black within 15 minutes from the dirty floors. Finally after being home for a month a mysterious charge for $44 appears on our bill and their explanation is that they undercharged us the first time. I guess the only word to sum it all up is HORRIBLE! DO NOT STAY THERE!

This place is a business district of Mission Valley. It's a quiet, safe area. The room is pretty basic. There is a bed, chair and ottoman, 13" TV, ironing board and iron. Has a kitchen with stove, full size frig and microwave. They provide you with a bar of soap and towels. If you stay less than 7 days there is NO free maid service. Basic cleaning, which means, changing sheets and throwing trash will cost and extra $5 for each request. $10 will get you the basic cleaning + vaccumming and dusting. They actually encourage to get your own stuff from the front desk and clean up your own room. I guess this is how they can offer a low rate. Which we didn't mind. I had a queen size bed which was okay. It creeked a little but was comfortable. No central air, instead, a stand alone A/C unit near windows. Worked well but noisy as it cycles on and off. There is NO fitness room and NO pool. If you want some excercise, you can run around the business park which is a bit hilly. The closes gym, I found, was a 24hr Fitness located at the Mission Valley Mall (about 2 miles) There is a also mini-park with BBQ facilities on the grounds of the hotel. The staff was nice and helpful. Front desk is only open from 7AM - 10PM. After that, you are told to call another number for assistance. There is NO restaraunt on site. I suggest you go grocery before arriving. There is some stuff nearby. There's a Ralph's plaza about 1 mile and the Mission Valley Mall is about 2 miles away, Incohoots Western Bar (1.5 miles) and Fashion Valley Mall (high end stuff) is about 3 miles. We would stay again. Not our 1st choice but definetly be a plan B if all other hotels are unavailable. Once again a basic room.
I paid $75/ night out the door. (I had a $10 off coupon printed from their website. ) Free parking.

I had stayed at this hotel last year and was not happy.
I then decided to give it another try on my busness trip this
year and was very pleased with all the improvements they had
made to the hotel and staff. It is under new management
and they have made quite a few wonderful changes. The
rooms are cleaner and I was happy to see they had new carpet
and beds ( the last time the bed was quite lumpy). The
management and staff were very friendly and seemed
like they really cared about their guests. I would have to
give this hotel hats off to all their improvement. I will stay
there again next year and will recommend this hotel to
everyone. Excellent hotel and great value.

Bathroom was disgusting. Had to buy flip-flops to wear int he shower. I was there for 5 days and they NEVER cleaned the room or changed the linens once. Looks nice from the outside, but terrible on the inside.
