My boyfriend and I, both in our mid-20s, had a great stay at Hotel Capri for 3 nights. Service was professional and courteous, and our room was very clean and comfortable. Our room was a bit noisy as we faced the street, and without air conditioning we needed to leave the windows open at night. For this reason, we would advise asking for a room not facing the street. The bathroom was very small, but sufficient, with a good shower that had adequate water pressure and hot water available. Breakfast was fresh and tasty with a good selection of breads, cold cuts, fruit, eggs, bacon, yogurt and fruit juices. The hotel was located close to Stephansplatz, on the other side of the Danube canal - about a 10 minute walk away. We made use of the metro system - which had a stop only steps away from the hotel - and found it very easy to use and convenient. The area directly surrounding the hotel had lots of reasonably priced restaurants, bars, and gelato counters. We will recommend this place to others, though next time we might want to try and stay a little bit closer to the centre of Vienna.

Although this hotel is already outside some tourist maps, it sits on top of a subway station, just 2 stops from the city centre, meaning you can reach it within 15 minutes. Also, this is one of the most usefull subway lines to use as a tourist (U1). The rooms are nice and spacious with basic decoration. Breakfast is buffet with a nice assortment. We stayed for 3 nights and asked to change rooms due to an incredibly soft bed. Despite being an odd request, it was no major issue and we were accomodated in another room. We also asked for a late check out by 13:00, but had no luck with that.

Stayed for one week. Outside the main tourist area but a very short walk to the U1 station via elevator. And only two stops with a change to CAT to airport. Rooms are large with closet space. Very nice bathrooms. Complimentary breakfasts from cereals to meats and cheeses and fresh fruits. Did have a street-side room with early morning noise if you are not used to it. Front desk staff were very courteous as was any of the staff that we happened to run in to. And if you really need a McD's visit, it was within the block. Grocery store nearby. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed in this hotel in February for a weekend and found it to be a real gem! The exterior and lobby do not really give a good indication to how lovely the rooms are in this hotel, the outside looks a bit dated and the lobby is quite officious however the room we had was really spacious, was quiet, even though it over looked the main road and the breakfast was a continental buffet, which was good. It may benefit from a bar, but saying that, drinks could be purchased from the front desk for consumption in your room. Would certainly recommend and stay there again, real value for money.
