We spent the week of July 4, 2008 in the Extended Stay Deluxe. It is in an excellent location - walking distance to Universal and 2 minutes from I-4. Close to everything! You must have a car to see Orlando & parking is free. The room was spotless and very comfortable. We were told that we would not have housekeeping unless we paid extra and we didn't pay for it but the room was cleaned 3 times during the week any way. (This may have been a mistake??) We had 2 double beds and a sofa bed, a full kitchen (bigger than some houses I've owned). They supplied dish soap, etc. The room (really a suite) was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful every day. Best of all it was CHEAP! What more could you want?

I stayed at this hotel from March 26-April 2nd of 2008. This staff was friendly and the room was wonderful. I got the studio queen room with sofa. I've stayed in a lot of Orlando hotels for work and as far as "bang for your buck" goes, this is the best hotel thus far!!! I loved it! Everything was exceptionally clean and the bed was really comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I intend on staying there again!

we read some of the reviews on trip adviser and became very afraid, until we got there. the place was fantastic we stayed in room 135 on the ground floor, the room was large and very clean, and the staff were very friendly and always willing to help. every day the whole bedding was changed and room was cleaned to a high standard, the bathroom was always stocked well with shampoos and soap and fresh towels. the air con worked lovely and we were shocked after reading the reviews how lovely it was! we were in walking distant of I drive with all the restaurants and shops and you could catch the I drive trolley to stop 7 and walk over a bridge to universal studios, the hotel was at stop 20. the restaurant next door Don Pablo's (Mexican food) was fantastic we ate their on our last night. the pool was always warm and clean also the jacuzzi was hot, the kids spent 3 days of our stay just swimming around while I lounge on the sun loungers... plenty of clean towels to use by the pool. Gourmet coffee was on offer all day long which was fantastic taste. the only down fall of the whole experience, was the shuttle to Disney parks, the timing was out of time with the park and it only took you to Epcot and once their the long trek to the other parks, but the driver was friendly and it was always on time. I wouldn't stay anywhere else as a hotel it was fantastic, the kids enjoyed themselves, the place was clean and every one was happy. we are going back in 2010..........CANT WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This hotel is about a mile away from Universal Studios. Great location for families wanting to go to Universal Studios and other theme parks. The hotel lobby, room, kitchen and bathroom was very clean and spacious, plus the staff were very friendly and helpful. If you don't need room service and don't want to spend a lot of money on hotel but want a clean place to stay, then this is the place you want to be.
