The hotel was very nice quiet and clean but I booked through Priceline.com and ended up with 1 double bed for 2 college age females for New Years yeah not the best thing. The hotel staff was wonderful and very friendly. I would stay here again I would just not book through Priceline.com.

I stayed here when I first moved to Orlando and didn't have a place to live yet. I was there for about 40 days and had very few complaints. For an extended stay hotel the room was very small, but the kitchen appliances all worked and it was clean. The maids clean about every 3 days although they will replace your towels every morning. I liked the benefit of being able to see my car every night as I had alot of my belongings packed up in it. There was hi-speed internet for $5 that covered you for the length of your stay no matter how long you are there. I agree with other reviewers that the hotel was mostly populated with travelling construction workers, etc. but they were all polite and quiet. Most of them worked long days and were gone before i got up in the morning. There was a laundry room with coin-op machines that was very clean and useful.

I would avoid this hotel. It is the worst place I have ever stayed. I reserved a non-smoking room but on check-in was told there was none available. The room had a terrible smell-combination with cigarette and cigar smoke, body odor, urine and Mexican food. The linens were suspect and there was mildew in the bathroom and the toilet was not firmly anchored to the floor. I would have changed motels but there was nothing available in the area. The hotel has weekly rentals and so it resembles a 3rd world enclave with construction workers from various parts of the world staying here. It is the cheapest place to stay in the university area but I would say pay more money or avoid this whole area.

This hotel is obviously aimed at the budget traveler; fellow guests were mostly working people (not business people), but I appreciate having a place to stay near school that doesn't cost a fortune! Rooms are reasonably clean (not pristine, if you're squeamish), and, although noisy from outside street noise in a way that I'm not used to in a hotel, the staff is pleasant and the accomodations are fine. The rooms are not as dirty as the previous poster experienced; I suspect that the management had complaints and cleaned the place up a bit. I do appreciate the full kitchens - less eating out!

We reserved the room online. When we called to request a non-smoking room we were told they were overbooked and we would be lucky to even get a room even though it was prepaid. There were no non-smoking rooms available. The room was small, not real clean and smelled like stale cigarettes and vomit. It looked like the sheets had not been changed as there was hair on the pillows and sheets. One of the worst nights we have ever spent in hotel. We would have asked for a refund and changed hotels but it was parents week at UCF and room were hard to come by.
