Very good motel for the budget minded or extended stay
Guest name: ascenia, Enterprise, AL
We were in Marietta because someone was sick at the major hospital there. This hotel is an extended stay hotel with a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, 2 burner stove, sink, and microwave. It is within walking distance (but no sidewalks) of the hospital or a $3 cab fare. It was very reasonably priced at $45 per night. The room was clean and quite large, but don't expect maid service during your stay. They left extra garbage bags and outside containers were conveniently located by the rooms. My sister-in-law was in another room and her air conditioner did not work, but they came right away to fix it. The beds were firm, but comfortable. The linens were extremely white and the carpet was new. The only problem we saw was that none of the 4-cup coffee makers would work. We exchanged one and so did she, but the replacements did not work, either. There was also no coffee at the office and you need to buy or bring your own coffee and filters to use the coffeemakers in the room. We did have to request ashtrays and extra toilet tissue. The staff was very friendly, but you have to call on a phone after hours (7:00 on Sunday and 10:00 Mon-Fri). They do have a laundromat. We thought it was a very good hotel for someone on a budget and it had the necessities for someone who may not know how long their stay might be. We stayed 2 nights and are going back next weekend. My sister-in-law does not know how long she will be there. They got a weekly rate.
