Booked this hotel through priceline.com. We paid very little, and we got what we paid for. Trim was falling off. Our ground floor windows would not lock. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. There was a $5 fee for internet service. The room did not have shampoo or a hairdryer, which we had to go to the front desk and ask for. No matter what time of day we took a shower, we could not get hot water. We were awaken the first morning of our stay by someone scraping/banging on our windows. The hotel had scheduled window maintenance for 9 am. While the accomodations were not the best, I will say the front desk was very nice and helpful. Also, the hotel was in a pretty convenient location. 30 min from Pensacola Beach, but close to restaurants and shopping. Fazzoli's is next door. Overall, not horrible, but we probably wouldn't stay again.

Didn't like it

Had reservations here for a week - when I arrived my room was not ready as someone had elected to stay over. Extended Stay put me up in the LaQuinta for one night free of charge. When I did check in I was on the third floor and had to use the stairs as they would not let me bring my dog through the lobby to use the elevator (my dog was a Sheltie and had arthritis in all four legs).
The room was ok, but was never cleaned and the trash was never taken out the whole time I stayed there. Internet service was not good either. Staff was definitely not friendly or helpful.
Will never stay here again.

The rooms smelled of some sort of chemicals. When I got home I had to rewash all of my clothes.
Inconvenient check out for early travelers. They ask that you leave your key in the room and call them back to get a receipt faxed. That is just rediculously inconvenient.
Try this one: take one of the towels dampen it and then wipe the bathroom floor. It was disgusting there. Dont walk around in your white socks on the carpet either, unless you have bleach handy.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights during the week and was pleasantly surprised with the room. The room was clean and it was nice having the mini kitchen even though we only utilized the fridge/freezer. The construction traffic in front of the light was inconvenient during lunch hours and as people were getting off work, but tolerable nonetheless. We would definitely stay here again.
