It would be better to spend a few dollars more for another hotel in the same neighborhood. The hall carpets are not very clean (stained) & look very institutional- there is no decor tp speak of in the hall. The room itself was cleaner, but the bed was somewhat worn- out. It was also possible to hear everything going on in the room next door....

Two of us stayed there for three days. The room was ok... nothing that was really a problem. Nevertheless the facility was looking a little tired and not up to the standards of other places we've used in the Extended Stay America brand family. Moreover, there seem to be some families living there. Room doors are left open to the hall, cooking smells pervade the halls, and small children are coming and going at all hours - including running in the halls early in the morning. The location is a bit complicated to find initially but is also convenient to main highways and good shopping and dining.

Before I moved to Fort Wayne permanently, I stayed at the Studio Plus hotel for one week (November 2004). I was very pleased with the room, because for $250 a week, I got a whole appartment! It had a fully-equipped kitchen, a small living room, bathroom, and bedroom (queen bed). They only make the bed once a week, which for me was not a problem. Actually I liked the idea of more privacy, by not having a maid in my room every day. So the stay was very comfortable, and having the possibility of having some meals in the appartment saved me some money. It is not a fancy hotel, but for that price, I thought I got a really good deal!
