A good hotel with great location! we got a big room. The breakfast was not worth it. Friendly staff. Good hotel for travelling with children
We booked thru Hotels.com w breakfast but in the reservations we only got the room, this I noticed when we checked out and the hotel charged for the breakfast. Make sure yo get the things you pay for at hotels.com!!

the confort is a classic example of how to be a nice, clean, friendly hotel without having to break the bank or claiming to be anything special. the room was small (as expected), clean with good views and french windows and the bathroom was en-suite, private and particularly pleasant. free breakfast was tasty and plentiful (served from 7 - 10am) without being extravagant and the staff were very helpful and friendly. the only two minor drawbacks about the whole place were:
we booked a double which turned out to be a twin bed pushed together (a common complaint in hotels these days?)
and the tiny shower was too small for two...in fact there was barely room for one!
other than those minor gripes i would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Je conseil cet hôtel qui en plein centre de Paris a répondu à tout mes besoins, un bon rapport qualité prix et un personnel tres professionnel et disponible 24h/24h qui fait le maximum pour que mon séjour se passe bien.Une chambre tres propre; vraiment tout c'est tres bien passé encore mieux que dans un hôtel du groupe Accor.

For some reasons, i was told when i checked in that they've had a "problem in their reservation system". The hotel was full but "kindly", they had booked me a room in a "nearby 3 stars class hotel, for a better price with complementary breakfast".
Well.. all lies: the hotel they sent me to was a very very cheap 2 stars class hotel, the room was awful (old, dark, dirty..), the breakfast of course not included.. i really spent a bad time there
So beware.. if it happened to me (and reading the reviews, i'm not the only one), it could happen to you

Good location. Money´s worth online. The breakfast was great. The staff was very kind and helpful. We only wish the room would have been cleaner. The carpet was dirty and bed cover looked old and stained.
