I do not recommend this hotel. It is quite a distance from the centre of Toulouse ( 10 minutes by car according to the receptionist) and next to a motorway. The rooms are dated - I think we had a fold down sofa as our bed - every time we showered the bathroom flooded and not even a sachet of instant coffee or teabag was provided.
The staff were pleasant.

The Nouvel Horizon is an appartment hotel located at a few kilometers of Toulouse-Blagnac airport, near the highway. I stayed there for various weeks on business. I mainly chose this hotel for convenience (close to where I needed to go every day) and because I wanted an appartment rather than just a room.
The appartments are equipped with a small kitchen, and beds are made up daily except weekends. The place generally could use some renovation - my phone was broken, the mattress was uncomfortably worn out, and the ventilation was terribly loud. However, reception staff where really nice, exchanged the phone right away and took care of the rest very quickly. Since the hotel is right at a major road I recommend the rooms that are on the inside, facing the car park.
In the basement there is a small fitness room, a very small sauna, and a nice jaccuzi. Parking is free and there was never a problem finding a spot for the car. They also have laundry facilities at a reasonable price which is obviously quite helpful for longterm stays.
The breakfeast is no-thrill, I only tried it once then I had my kitchen equipped and made my own.
