Nice, little boutique hotel down the street from the Guggenheim. I found this place to be perfectly acceptable for a two night stay in Bilbao, although my room was showing some signs of wear and tear. I found Bilbao to be a bit dreary, and this place was moderately upbeat. Warm, genial staff. Nothing spectacular, but no problems either.

Stayed there one night in May. We found it difficult to find with a GPS as there was a race through the streets that day. I parked as close as I could, then walked to the hotel and the bellboy came back with me and parked my car and brought all our stuff up to the room and then gave us free tickets to the Guggenheim for our troubles, so we were happy. The room is clean and well appointed. The front desk staff is efficient and helpful, most restaurants are closed on Sunday but the front desk person suggested a Paella restaurant that was excellent. The price was very reasonable. I'd go back.

A very pleasant hotel almost opposite the Guggenheim museum. Choice of breakfast buffet at EUR 16 or continental breakfast at EUR 8 which was good value as we don't eat huge amounts at breakfast. The room wasn't huge or incredibly luxurious - but it was nice and there were some nice touches such as the black marble shower room, bathrobes, little bottles of shampoo + shower gel, hairdryer etc.
About 15 min. walk to the centre of town - but plenty of nice restaurants and bars nearby.
Expensive parking spaces outside the hotel (parking metre) although they will park your car for EUR 16 per day.

The hotel is worthy of it's design designation. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. The bathroom tolietries and the hotel slippers were a nice touch. Throughly enjoyed the books in the room, which included books on shopping. Very comfortable stay. The construction work in the front and the back did not wake me during the morning and the hotel gave a discount due to the construction work. It was good value for the price. It is close to the Guggenheim, shopping mall, and the museum of fine arts. A 5 to 10 minute walk to the bus stop for the bus to the airport.
